Stunning view over the entire city - Edit
Definitely a place worth trying out, at least for the view, so make sure to make a reservation with a seat next to the window. The menu doesn't have many veggie options (the ones are clearly marked, though), but a lot of side dishes and/or main courses can be easily adapted. Also, the food is delicious and the waiters are very nice.
