Friendly staff, lots of choices, everything is fresh and not expensive. Portions are huge. I had a Tofu Ranchero burrito and a drink, 12 euros. Really a nice place.

Very tasty food in very generous quantities. Very tasty indeed. But I honestly didn't think it resembled Mexican food, but rather a reinterpretation of Mexican food using German spices. The "guacamole" was made of pea ("erbsenguacamole"). Still, it was a good experience. Very good prices. Good location (next to the Oskar-Hoffman metro station). The attendant communicated well in English.

Mas sinceramente não achei que se pareceu com comida mexicana, mas sim uma releitura da comida mexicana usando tempero alemão. A “guacamole” era de ervilha (“erbsenguacamole”), pra se ter uma ideia. Mesmo assim, foi uma boa experiência. Preços muito bons. Boa localização (do lado da estação de metrô “Oskar-Hoffman”). A atendente se comunicou bem em inglês.

Seit einigen Jahren sind wir absolute Fans! Ob zum Abholen oder vor Ort essen, die Gerichte überzeugen stets mit hervorragenden Geschmack und Frische! Wir können den kleinen Esel jedem weiter empfehlen, der auf der Suche ist nach einem rein veganen Restaurant! Mit Abstand das beste Lokal im Umkreis (Dortmund/Bochum). Überzeugt euch selbst! Wir nehmen regelmäßig die Anfahrt von 20km in Kauf! Wie auch immer sie es schaffen, dass die Guacamole auch auf nachhaltiger Erbsenbasis noch genauso schmeckt wie „das Original“, Hammer!

We ordered one Quesadilla, Enchilada and one Burrito. Everything was very tasty and big portions. The price is good as well. We loved the guacamole made of peas! Definitely recommended!

Absolute soul food that never disappoints. Price is also extremely fair. We tried almost every option by now and they’re all super tasty, and it feels like they even get better every time. Would love to get to try some permanent new or seasonal options 😄

Ich finde den kleinen Laden super um mittags was zu essen. Man kann sich draußen mit Menschen Tische teilen oder auch drinnen gemütlich sitzen. Die Burritos die wir hatten waren sehr lecker und kamen auch recht schnell (~ 7 Minuten für 2 Burritos).

Was für ein 'Service' denn? Außer Unprofessionalität und Arroganz war nichts gewesen. Nicht einen Cent würde ich hier vergeuden. Dabei hatte ich mich schon wirklich drauf gefreut. Der Weg war umsonst, sehr schade. Ein kleiner Tipp: Anstelle Kunden vor verschlossenem Gitter draußen warten zu lassen, empfangt sie doch freundlich mit einem Lächeln, fragt zB "Wie kann ich Ihnen helfen?" ... und ihr hättet locker 1-2 Getränke während der Wartezeit verkaufen können. Leider verlangt Happy Cow 2 Sterne, von mir würden sie keinen einzigen bekommen!!

Best restaurant in the city in my opinion - Bochum needed this! Food tastes really really good, cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, big portion size, easy to reach by public transport.

Tasty vegan mexican food - Edit
We had the quesadilla with guacamole as a starter and the Tortilla with barbeque Tofu as well as the enchilada as Main dishes. We could only finish about half of the main course and had the rest to go. Dishes were generous, served with nachos, sour Creme and guacamole on the side and tasted great.

Cute little restaurant with friendly staff and nice music. The food has a good size so you won't leave hungry. We tried two different burritos, unfortunately the filling was cold. The taste was fine.

Essen war super und die Leute waren nett. Ein Stern Abzug, weil ich mein Essen ohne Guacamole wollte und es trotzdem mit bekommen habe. Leider fällt der Sitzbereich durch Spinnenweben, tote Bienen und Wespen sowie sehr viel Staub negativ auf. Werd trotzdem wieder hingehen haha
