My new favourite place in Ubud - Edit
There are so many amazing vegan places in Ubud but this one just became my favourite and I liked it sooo much that I ate there 3 times in a row. The food tastes delicious and everyone is super friendly and nice - I spent 20 minutes chatting with the staff. The place is beautiful and spacious with amazing views. Places on the terrace or next to the windows were my favourite.

The staff is very happy and the restaurant is beautiful. Everything we had was delicious. I would recommend the “Antwerp by the sea” waffles. Oh and their vegan cheese is awesome!

We had the jackfruit and the asparagus pizza, they both were very good. The restaurant is on top of a hill with a nice view. The interior is beautiful and the staff is friendly. We loved it.

Loved the place! it was on top of a hill which made the scooter adventure really hilarious. But back to the food! it was delicious. we ordered too much because the menu offers so many tasteful things. There was also live music from people living in Ubud. that made the place feel even more comfi. One of the things we ordered was the cookie and cream milkshake and it looked amazing! tasted even better but left hardly any room for the food. had to try it though, totally worth it!

Read moreThey have a great selection of vegan food, so you'll probably have a tough time deciding what to pick, and if you're anything like me you'll find yourself needing to come back several times just to try everything on the menu! Particularly worth mentioning is the jackfruit pizza, which is absolutely delicious.
The whole vibe of the place is great, and I love that they've created a trendy, upmarket spot that doesn’t stray too far from its Balinese roots with its style. Not to mention it has some fantastic views. An absolute must try!

Alright, It’s been 6 months I am travelling in Asia. I have tried many many vegan restaurants. Zest must be the best one. The place is crazy, well-decorated. The menu offers many types of food. Above all, the food is so delicious. Well, hard to find the right terms. Just go there to see by yourself.

I had my birthday dinner here. Everything was perfect: great mocktails, appetisers (loaded taro chips and sweet potato wedges), dishes (yummy nasi campur and curry). The atmosphere is so peaceful with a beautiful view and trees inside the dining room. Will come back soon!

At first the good things: you have a nice, alternative atmosphere, wifi and friendly staff.

We had "zest nibbles" and the "roman jack pizza", as the waiter recommended.
The zest nibbles had burned eggplant in it, which was just too burned, the hummus had way too much garlic in it, the vegetables were not even seasoned. On the pizza there was some vegan cheese which had the consistency of jello.
In addition, it was very expensive.

This place is very fancy with a beautiful interior and the food was amazing. My only problem was that the portion sizes were a bit small and it feels a tiny bit pretentious but if you love a fancy restaurant I couldn’t recommend this place more.
