Sushi restaurant with many vegan options - Edit
Has a separate "Green" (vegetarian/vegan) menu. Just have to ask for it! Has a bunch of rolls and several appetizers and other meals. Vegan options are clearly marked. (Beware: when they say the Green Dragon roll is "crazy spicy!" - they aren't kidding.)

Delicious vegan sushi - Edit
The intimate setting, knowledgeable staff & abundance of vegan sushi options are incredible. I tried the vegan miso soup, beet xalapa roll, kanpyo caterpillar roll and a virgin lychee sangria. Just let your waiter know you’re vegan and they’ll take care of the rest! The kanpyo caterpillar roll was very good, I highly recommend it 🐛

Waiter was super knowledgeable and everything vegan was labeled on a separate vegetarian menu, with over 12 rolls there is so much to chose from.
Read moreThe miso soup was super good and a great serving size! My favorite roll was the Inari Maki. The Xalapa is another good choice as it’s the most popular vegan roll, and for good reason.

This ultra beautiful Zen-like interior holds one of the best sushi chefs and she values Vegans and Vegetarians! 5 stars (only all-vegan get 5 stars in this app, so 4 is best although separate menu should count). Chef Michelle has created a special menu just for us! No trying to figure out what to order or how to substitute or leave off items from our entrees.
Read moreThe Moon Roll my favorite! The Beet Xtalpa is next. The Veg lettuce wraps are delightful -the sauce is sooooo delicious! Great service. They deliver to nearby locations. In Bishop Arts which is a cool, hip area -- this is the most vegan-friendly restaurant in the area.
I live in Dallas and frequent this place -often. Lots of vegan choices and I've liked everything I've tried. Love, love, love!
