The tofu was amazing - Edit
Well seasoned bibimbap (13,50€) and the Highlight was the baked tofu! The fried tofu looked amazing as well, can’t wait to try it!

Definitely an option - Edit
We searched for a Korean restaurant in Hamburg and found the YONG. We were quite surprised by the number of vegan options.

Vegan options were clearly labeled and there was a variety of options to choose from. Highly recommend the desserts, fried mochi and banana.

excellent Korean food - Edit
Since I adore Korean (vegan) food, I go here everytime I can. I've noticed it's a go-to place for local Hamburg vegans (so bring on the reviews, people)...
Read moreMost of the menu is originally vegan, thus authentical according to my Korean friend. Staff is nice, super quick, and willing to explain the dishes if there's need to. Their Bibimbap Bowl with perfectly seasoned sticky tofu is just my thing. Fill up with mochi or baked banana for dessert, have a beer or some home-made lemonade or cold tea.
It's located at Hamburg's best place Schanze/Schulterblatt, so may be a bit crowded at times. Better have a reservation in the evening.
I'd rate it 4.5 from a vegan perspective.
