still good

Used to be one of my favorite restaurants in Gothenburg but it has declined over the years. A lot of options, and sometimes still a homerun.

Wonderful place.

I took the vegan japchae and it was amazing. Noodels with vegetables and some soy meat. It was mild in taste for my sister, but I took with spicy added, and it did get really spicy. Just caution if you choose with spicy.

Pros: Own vegan neny page

Cons: A bit pricey 155-165 sek per meal

Delicious food, a bit pricey for what you get

Nice food but honestly over priced for take away - €20. Normal prices at other similar restaurants are half the price.

Pros: Good variety on vegan dishes

Great place for Asian food

Has dedicated vegan menu, have liked all the ones I’ve tried. The vegan japchae is particularly good!

Best Asian food E.V.E.R

We skipped appetizers and ordered 3 main dishes for sharing and they were all fantastic. I've had Asian food all over the world and thought I knew what good food was and what to expect before eating here. This is next level. We ordered a dish with soy meat even though I've never been a fan of dried soy before. They'd cooked it to perfection, it was juicy, sweet and salty. The different kinds of tofu were also amazing, normally I'd steer clear of fried sliced bean curd but this was the stuff of dreams. Everything was made with love and wonderfully seasoned.

Pros: Nice staff, Good beer

Lots of vegan options

Really nice meal here with vegan options (and even pics on the menu of what they look like). Gets busy so best to book prior.

Whole vegan menu!

We frequently eat here and enjoy the bimimbap, dumplings and udon noodles. The service is slow but friendly and the food is excellent. Reservations are mostly needed. There is a different restaurant in the city of a similar name, which is where I expect the reviewer was given her description of the menu.

Pros: large vegan menu, friendly service , nice atmosphere

Unexpected

I've seen a lot of people reviewing and saying this restaurant tells on the menu what's vegan or not. That's not true now, we had to ask and the waitress and she said it was 2 vegan options and 1 non-vegan that could be turned to vegan. I got tofu in my dish. And my gf dish had vegetables but the sauce was boring.

Pros: Waitress was nice and very helpful.

Cons: No deserts for vegans

Hi,
I am very sure that you visit a restaurant call yamyyamy at kundtorget not our restaurant Yammy Kitchen at Andra Långgatan 5. We do have a whole vegan menu with many starters, main dished and vegan desserts

Only for the vegan bibibamp

So I've been to Yammy Kitchen several times but i always get the vegan bibibamp because it's the best one i've ever had. I'm sure all the other dishes are as good but i never wanna miss out on eating bibibamp when i actually am there. Maybe that says more about me than the dish, heh.

It's also nice that the menu tells you very clearly what's vegan and what isn't so you dont have to ask.

Pros: Best bibibamp in town, big portions

Cons: slow service

I love the bibimbab as well. I can recommend Mapo Tofu, but it might not be as good as bibimbab.

Nice Asian food for Vegetarian/Vegans

The restaurant has an extensive Asian menu (Korean food, Japanese, noodles, etc) and around 2 pages with Vegetarian/Vegan options (Appetizers: Gyozas, Vegan Miso soup, etc...and then Vegan and vegetarian Main dishes as Vegan sushi, bibibamp, Udon, fried rice..)
Very friendly staff, used to having international customers with a good level of English. They have even the menu in English and Swedish.

Pros: Variety of Vegetarian/Vegan options, Good location

yummy asian food

They have their own vegan menu which made it easier for me and hubby who are vegan. The service is slow but the food was pretty decent. Its not the best asian food I have ever had but I would say its very good for what I expected to have in Sweden. I do recommend the vegan bibimbap though because that was really good. I just wasnt too impressed by the look and taste of the entrees I have had like the agedashi tofu.

Just wanted to mention though the service is slow but the wait staff were lovely. I just think they dont have a great system for when its busy!

Pros: good location, has english menu

Cons: slow service
