I have been here several times recently due to work nearby, and it has always been fresh, delicious and prompt! Love their range of breakfast, lunch and snacks! They also have a range of vegan grocery items along the back.

This used to be one of my favourite cafes but the last few times I’ve been I have found it a bit hit and miss. I’m not sure if it has anything to do with Covid but the menu isn’t as good as it used to be. There used to be more options on the menu and they had more flavour.
Read moreOn two separate visits I ordered the power bowl- unfortunately it was very bland and disappointing. I ordered the avo smash on another two visits - on one visit it was amazing and on another visit the portion size was much smaller and it wasn’t anything amazing flavour/presentation wise.
I’d love to see more flavourful dishes on the menu again like there used to be.
Would also love to see more GF dessert options to take home that aren’t raw.
Staff are really friendly and helpful.

Neileo it probably had more to do with the fact that this business was always overrated, no doubt covid had an effect on them though, since the people who overrate businesses are the same people who get covid by being lazy.

It‘s a bit far away from central Melbourne but so worth the drive. So much delicious food, unfortunately we were stuffed after the pancakes, I would have liked to try some more. The staff is very friendly too.

Have visited multiple times and the food is always excellent. So much flavour and great portion sizes! I would reccomend the chocolate smoothy, the pancakes and the big breakfast! Very much worth the trip

I've been here twice and both times had an amazing experience. Not only is the vibe super chill. But the food is amazing. My 3 favs are the Nachos, Hot Chocolate with their home blend, and the Snickers Cake. Will be there soon again!

Great Cafe for a Casual Catch Up - Edit
Wombat is a great place for a casual chat over a coffee and one of their generous dishes.
Read moreI have had their Tofu Scramble with a side of mushrooms and the meal was incredible. Really flavoursome tofu scramble on some very nice toast, with gorgeous mushrooms too. A huge serving size as well! I had to leave some, otherwise they would have had to roll me out of the cafe!
The cafe has really nice ambience to it, and a casual approach to ordering where you go up and order your meals at the till and seat yourself where you please.
They also have a range of vegan products for sale, like vegan cheese and drinks.
Looking forward to returning soon!
