I fell in love with this place. Almost every item on the menu has vegetarian and vegan options. Fresh ingredients, recipes made in house. This will be a frequent stop.

Amazing staff but food varied… - Edit
First off, the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Had the vegan veggie sopes and they were pretty good but the steak enchiladas weren’t too impressive…so I feel like you could have a different experience based on which dish you order. Some dishes are definitely better than others. I will say the rice and beans were good and so was the chocolate pudding.

This is our go to spot to eat when going out to eat with non-vegan friends and family. Food is great and a decent amount of vegan options. Absolutely love the vegan carnitas tacos they're my favorite. They also always make sure to have 1 vegan dessert option. Only con I could say is I wish they had more drink options

Read moreThe sopes were great, filling, the beans were my favorite part and so I was really pleased to have them as a side as well. With the chopped cabbage, the vegan meat, the beans, the sopes, and the vegan sour cream and cheese there were many good textures in each bite. We had planned to eat there because they had nice tables in and outside but We wanted to sit outside and there was construction going on so We took the food to go. The staff were friendly and kind.

This restaurant is great for parties of meat eaters and non meat eaters. The vegan options are all delicious and good sized servings and the staff is very helpful always. It is a small business so we love to support :)

OMG! One of the best restaurants I have ever visited! The quality and creativity in the food is like something you would get at a 5 star restaurant. My favorite was dishes were Chile Relleno, sopes, chilaquiles and the walnut dessert.

We had to stop at this restaurant on a Sunday morning because for breakfast since it was the only restaurant with vegan options open! We are glad we stop by! Has around 4 vegan options, looks like they have more for lunch! Really tasty, food service is fast and we got a Vegan server that was super happy knowing that we are vegan too!! Extremely friendly and accommodating highly recommended if you are on the area and like mexican food made from scratch!

We thought the food was very under-seasoned for Mexican food. No cumin or chili powder or much of any flavor you would expect. The owner was extremely friendly and helped us pick out items to try. It’s in a super cute location. Most of the patrons were older white folks, so maybe they tone down the flavor because of the clientele? A lady sitting at the table next to us was a regular, and had her bare feet out. Pretty gross.

The staff is so friendly and everything I’ve had here has been delicious. I love the unbattered Chile Rellano and the Mole is also good. This is so close that I need to visit more often. I’d give it 5 stars but since it serves meat as well this dumb app won’t let me.

There are lots of vegan options to choose from, including my favorite vegan sopes. When we were there they had walnut pudding for dessert which was amazing. Definitely inquire about it if you go!

Preview to October's Vegan Chef Challenge - Edit
The folks that run this place are related to another excellent restaurant in Elk Grove, Todo Un Poco. When I mentioned that we were vegan, she offered to serve us from the menu from the upcoming Vegan Chef Challenge , every October in the Sacramento area. I had the chili relleno de piccadillo, which was excellent. There were five other special dishes only to be served during the chef challenge, but my guess is that they'd fix them for you if you asked them. Great stuff from Lorena, Salvador, and Rocio.

I would give 5 stars if it allowed me! The owners/servers were so sweet and very attentive. They have a ton of vegan options. All their beans, rice, and salsa are vegan. They have tofu and soy chorizo. They are super accommodating and label vegan/vegetarian options on the menu. The restaurant is located in a cute little area with wild roosters roaming around. Definitely recommend!!

Fairly new restaurant in Old Fair Oaks village. Enchiladas with mole sauce was sweet and tasty. The beans and rice were light and flavorful. Lorena (one of the owners) is vegan and she took her time to explain how the dishes are made. They also serve breakfast.

This place is great, in the heart of old fair oaks, not every item on the menu is vegetarian or vegan but they have a good selection of vegan items, the vegan tamales with mole sauce were fantastic as well as the tortilla soup. One of the owners is vegan and likes to talk vegan recipes with the customers and is always experimenting with new menu items!
