We ordered the impossible burger. Only 20 min after we made the reservation one of the workers told us they they ran-out of vegan burgers. They did have it but they gave it to someone else who ordered before us. We asked why they didn’t say it when we placed the order, and they said they made a mistake. Used to be all Vegan, since my last visit they added meat, and vegan shakes are gone. Pretty disappointing. The confusing menu doesn't help.
Read moreTo make matters worse, my meal was terrible. I got the wildflower impossible burger. There was very little of the advertised toppings on it, the burger was dry and resembled a frozen Morningstar burger than it did an impossible burger, and the pretzel bun was flat and soggy. This was a $13 burger and I would've preferred a gardein slider over what I was served. The owner should be ashamed of what is coming out of their kitchen.
Used to detour through Redhook for this place. Now I'll be driving right through.
Pros: None, at least not anymore.
Cons: Seriously overpriced, to the point of gouging, Confusing menu, Poor quality

Yeah, sad that they added animal products into the mix. Looking at the menu, I feel confused about what is vegan and what isn't so I will probably not be visiting in the future.

we enjoy every experience we have had getting takeout from wildflower cafe! having vegan options and kind and friendly folks to feed it to you is the best. i get the impossible burger only. always cooked to perfection. stellar fries OMG! vegan cheese is available, and it’s good.

We ate here while visiting the Catskill Animal Sanctuary. The food was very good! I got the Cowboy Burger, my husband got Chick’n Parm and of course we had to get an Oreo Milkshake. The staff was very friendly and we would definitely eat here again!

I love what they're doing here. Simple menu, 100% vegan...burgers, fries, hot dogs, shakes. They use the Beyond Burger by Beyond Meat for their burgers (and I believe the sausage too). They bake their delicious fries and onion rings. Plenty of sauces and toppings to choose from if you want to build your own burger. They use nice pretzel buns for the burgers. Also, they have a no-kill, cat rescue cafe on upper floor above cafe!! Prices are very reasonable considering a burger comes with a side (fries, rings, salad, or soup) and a cookie. The space is bright, new, and cheery.

Wildflower has a great atmosphere and friendly staff. Their small menu is a vegan take on classic fast food options. I recently got the fish fillet sandwich and an Oreo milkshake. It was not full of flavor, but overall okay. All of the ingredients are highly processed foods that I could easily buy at my local store and make at home for a fraction of the cost. Also, the menu didn’t list pickles as a topping on the sandwich, but it came with quite a few. I’d love to see Wildflower adopt some more unique and healthier options.

Friendly, clean restaurant that serves burgers, sandwiches and fries--all vegan! Family run makes the environment warm and casual. I will go back and try their milkshakes next time! Loved the cheezburger--the cheese was melty and perfect. Also loved the Wildflower burger. Fries were thick and tasty.

Enjoyable food. To name one example, the spicy slaw burger was good tasting. I have found that this cafe also offers some good salads. The food incorporates some elements of Japanese cuisine in a vegan way. The atmosphere is quiet if it lacks a relaxed vibe. The coffees seem to be flavored drip brews, offering a break from barista-dominated cafe fare, but not adding much appeal by themselves. Vegan mayo type sauces sometimes seem hard to avoid, depending on one's tastes or inclinations among the choices. Dedicated staff and cleanliness of eating area and bathroom facilities a plus.

We're so happy this place exists, and the quality of the animal care seems very good. The food wasn't that special, but we greatly appreciated that there was food to be had, and that it's all vegan. It seems to be a largely young and volunteer staff and so the counter service had a lot of comedy of errors, but it's all charming and forgivable.

We've been to cat cafes elsewhere where you actually eat amongst the cats, but I think NY State health code requires them to be stationed in a separate room. In this case the room was fairly small and had about 3 adults and 5 kittens. But lots of fun regardless and worth a trip if in the area.
