Get out your bumper cart and go shopping

This is a really wonderful west side WF's. Great size and great selection.
But, the crowds drive me crazy. It's like going shopping on the 10 or 405 freeways. What are they giving away... Nothing. Typical high pricing and wonderful selections. Next time I will bring a helmet, too!

Pros: Great selection , Beautiful Produce

Cons: Too Crowded

Great store

I think this is my favorite location in the area - big store, wide selection, plenty of parking. The salad bars offered many options and they all looked good. Entrance to the garage is on the side of the building.

Large store

This store, like most Whole Foods Markets, is large, but it feels cramped in there. The isles seem narrow though well-stocked. Been here many times for shopping and for eating.

Grocery prices can be expensive, but the selections are good. Sale item prices are good.

In terms of the food bar and deli, it's okay. Yes, there is a lot of meat, but vegetarians and vegans can also find some things to eat here, especially from the salad bar. Hot foods and salad bar is priced by weight, currently around $8.00 per pound. Not cheap, but it's convenient.

Baked Yams and Health Starts Here hot food bar!

The only downfall of this Whole Foods is the parking garage! #1 they have to have attendants down there at all times to direct traffic because only one lane can get in and out at a time since the turns are too narrow. I hate being down there. There are NO STAIRS so you are forced to wait for the elevator. That being said, they have a great prepared foods section and they've finally started adding healthy food and soups. We go here about 3 times a week for baked yams, health starts here pastas, etc all in the Vegan Hot Bar area.

Pros: healthy prepared food

Cons: parking garage, no stairs

Deli and Food Bar Okay

The store is a large size with extensive stock in everything one needs. Many vegetarian and vegan food products. Also a section for organic clothing.

The deli and food bar section is quite large as well. Offers mostly meats with some vegetarian in between - including custom sandwiches, lacto-veg pizza, salad bar, some hot food bar items, 1-2 vegan soups each day, and cold deli prepped foods. Seating provided inside and outside for eating-in.

A friend and I went ate here today. He was not impressed, mainly because he's a strict vegan and was offended by the numerous meat items in the hot foods bar. He ended up grabbing some avocado sushi and a carrot soup. I got a hot bowl with brown rice and veggies (note: the hot bowl section offers vegetarian choices of tofu and mushroom, though the same grill is used for meat & veg).

If you're in a hurry or just hungry when shopping here, this is a decent place to get a bite. Prices are moderate.

Cons: meat department smells
