Food Mediocre, way overpriced and bathrooms filthy - Edit
I read so many great reviews about how awesome the food here was but I was deeply disappointed. I am a vegan chef and have eaten at so many vegan restaurants all over the world. The Caesar wrap we ordered was totally bland and the server never came back to ask how everything was. I asked for some extra Caesar dressing for the wrap and was charged 50 cents on my bill! The mac and cheese was too coconutty for my liking and the cauliflower wings were okay. The restaurant is very pricey for what it is. The bathrooms were unisex and so were terribly filthy. Would never go back.

A great restaurant for anyone, the food is so good that non vegans will not even include “for vegan food” when they’re describing it.

Best spot in Denver! - Edit
This is my favorite restaurant in Denver. I've been here probably 60-70 times, and I can tell you the the food is consistently excellent, the service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is ideal (pleasant and classy with a nice ~natural vibe~ without being stuffy). My favorites are the cauliflower or seitan wings, the gnocchi, the fried chicken sandwich, and the Ho-Ho! And they are so good about food allergies (especially nuts) which is pretty rare for a vegan establishment. They re-vamped their menu when covid hit, so now you can also take home deli items like sandwich meats and cheeses, which is nice. Highly recommend!!!

Love, love, love! - Edit
EVERYTHING is vegan! I had the 3 of Hearts cocktail, with the gluten-free cauliflower “wings,” and an amazing smoked turkey and Brie sandwich on a baguette with aioli and greens with fig vinaigrette. My friend had the gluten-free mac and cheese. We rounded off dinner with Ho Hos and cheesecake.

Keep coming back! - Edit
This place is awesome. Second trip to Denver I had to visit again. This time took my non vegan picky husband and even he was into it. The staff is so nice, atmosphere is cool, and the fact that everything is vegan is so convenient and stress free.
Read moreWe got a ton of food to share. The Turkey and chicken sandwiches were great, fries and kale caesars were delicious. I always like to try Mac and cheese — the texture of Watercourse’s was great, but the flavor was definitely coconutty.
We visited April 2021 and they added a 20% service fee, assuming because of Covid impacts.
Pros: 100% vegan, So much variety, Cool atmosphere and nice staff
Cons: Not super cheap

OMG! This is how all restaurants should offer vegan food. - Edit
Amazing flavors and textures, their food is both satisfying and inspiring. The curried tomato soup is so warming and comforting this Florida girl couldn’t get enough. BBQ pulled jackfruit was flavorful and messy just as it should be.

I’ve been craving a Caesar wrap and this one hit the spot. It’s so delicious and the blackened tofu inside was so satisfying!! The Mac and cheese was also great but if you don’t like the taste of a hint of coconut in your Mac then you may not like it

Great Food Great Service - Edit
My family was visiting Denver for the day during Covid-19 and went to Watercourse Goods late (about 45 mins before they close). The selection and variety of food was amazing. Almost everything is made in house. We ordered the sausage sandwich, the Chik’n and prosciutto sandwich, fried Chik’n sandwich and the breaded cauliflower as our mains. We also had the shakes and the seitan wings. Everything was so delicious. Not mention our server was funny, nice and did a superb job. Definitely recommend this adorable place.

I don't know how they do it but you would never know this food is vegan. I came here with my non vegan family and even they enjoyed it. Serving sizes are massive, not overly priced, and the restaurant has a cool vibe.

Not worth the money, bad service to boot - Edit
I had the "chicken prosciutto" sandwich. It was ok. The "side salad" that came with it was JUST LETTUCE. Lettuce does not a salad make. I ordered my food take out, they asked if I wanted napkins and a fork, I was traveling so I said yes. I RECEIVED NEITHER. Considering they AUTOMATICALLY add a 20% (you read that right) gratuity you think a fork to eat my salad with would not be too much trouble for a TO GO ORDER, plus the guy at the register was RUDE. The sandwich was GREASY. Dear God. For what I paid (almost 20 bucks), and what I got (plus the bad service), I would DEFINITELY recommend you take your hard-earned dollars elsewhere.

I've been here multiple times with my boyfriend and it's a nice place to eat and hangout. The noodle bowl is really good as well as the cauliflower bites. Definitely a vegan staple in Denver which is worth a visit.

Pretty good brunch - Edit
An omni friend who is an expert on eggs Benedict and lives in the neighborhood recommended this place for vegan brunch since he was impressed with their plant-based rendition of said brunch dish. However, the staff told him that they’d updated their menu two months ago and removed the original one in favor of a sandwich version. Both of us ordered it but were quite disappointed. The sandwich paled in comparison to their previous recipe in terms of texture and flavor.
Read moreMy omni SO enjoyed the fried chicken sandwich, which had a nice truffle flavor and the tartness from the pickles.
The buffalo cauliflower was crispy and came with a generous helping of ranch. The staff were accommodating and brought another serving of ranch upon request. The pickled celery slices that came with the cauliflower was a nice touch, as opposed to raw.
I wasn’t a huge fan of the mac ‘n’ cheese, which had a heavy coconut milk flavor. The bacon bits added a welcome texture variation.
My pineapple mimosa was just okay: it tasted like generic champagne with canned pineapple juice. I’d probably go with orange juice if possible next time.
The beautiful weather paired well with the outdoor seating, and we didn’t feel forgotten since the staff were quite attentive. I just wish I enjoyed more of the food we ordered.
Pros: 100% vegan, friendly and accommodating staff, fried chicken sandwich
Cons: changed menu, not for the better, mac ‘n’ cheese

Amazing! - Edit
I love eating at all-vegan restaurants. It’s so refreshing to know you can have anything on the menu! Sadly, they are few and far between. And the few all-vegan restaurants I’ve been to haven’t had too much to offer on the menu. I was blown away by this place! Their menu is huge and varied and everything sounded amazing. I ended up getting the Cuban sandwich with fries—so delicious—followed by a piece of coffee cake (it’s huge by the way...for at least 2 people!). Coffee cake was so creamy and divine. Can’t wait to visit CO again to go back to this place! So impressed!

My partner & I spent 3 days in Denver and went to Watercourse once every day. Their food was incredible. Their team is brilliant and kind and enthusiastic. The atmosphere feels full in a heartwarming way. We bought two of their shirts and I’m wearing mine now. Big fan. 11/10 recommend
