This Restaurant turned me vegan - Edit
This was the first fully vegan restaurant I went to with a friend back in 2019. After eating here I realized I wouldn’t have to sacrifice anything to be vegan and love my best life for the animals. The staff is friendly and the food is amazing

Great food I mean so great. I always love being able to order anything on the menu. It’s the bomb. I went to city o city in 2008 last time I was in Denver, and so I had to try this place this time. I had a less than ideal experience at city o city this time. But watercourse was great. Good cocktails too.

In town for the week and came here straight from the airport. Everything was so delicious! I had the Cuban sandwich with the blueberry wasabi side salad and my husband had the Caprese sandwich with mac and cheese as a side. We also got the cauliflower wings and they were also fantastic! The staff was so kind and friendly and gave great recommendations. Just an all around joyful meal. Will def be back!

Hearty Fare, Endless Options - Edit
This popular place with sit-down dining has hearty vegan fare. We sat outside and I had the turkey brie sandwich. It didn’t taste like I would have expected but was tasty all the same. Service was friendly and attentive.

The food here is top notch! Service was great, too. Awesome vibe. We tried the truffle fries, Reuben, and Cuban. All the flavors were incredible. Delicious, high quality food. How good it is is not overhyped- it’s really that good! Can’t wait to visit again!

I’m from AZ and my friend and I decided to eat here while out and about exploring. This place has some of the best vegan food! Not to mention the kindest people working here😄I absolutely loved the jackfruit BBQ sandwich, fries and cheesecake I had. My friend had the potato soup and pesto gnocchi- she loved hers! Definitely wish there was one of these in my home state!

I got the smoked turkey and Brie sandwich. Best sandwich I’ve ever had, honestly. The Mac and cheese was amazing. My bf got the Cuban sandwich. The Cuban was really good but not as good as the turkey and Brie! The staff was also wonderful. An upset homeless woman came in and one of the employees held her hand and comforted her. That’s really important to me as so many places can be rude to homeless people. Watercourse has my full support as their food and staff were truly unforgettable. It has amazing accepting vibes. Also beautiful art and environment.

Not a huge fan of the current menu with deli meats but excited for a new menu with hopefully more pasta dishes. I wish they would bring back the nachos! So sad they are gone. Overall good place to eat though

I have ordered 7 things off of the menu- cheese board, matcha milkshake, Brie and turkey panini, chai milkshake, Waffle, Ho ho cupcake, Loaded Truffle Fries and I haven’t liked one thing. I’m not particularly a picky eater and have tried many vegan restaurants in different states and this one I can’t reason with my palate. I really wanted to like this place given the high ratings on google and happy cow but everything is over sauced, too rich or tastes plastic.
