Excellent! - Edit
I really liked this restaurant. It has great menu variety, including breakfast all day! The server was very nice. They have a full dessert menu, a patio, and serve beer/wine/liquor. I had the buffalo wings and then the Cuban with Caesar salad. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Muy rico todo, pero deberían incluir opción como tortilla o el pan integral “wheat “ y no solo harinas blancas.

Lunch - Edit
My husband and I had lunch here, and it was delicious. There was a 5-10min wait for a table so we ate at the bar. Great service, good atmosphere. I had the Caesar salad as a wrap with herbed seitan, my husband had the Southwest salad. Both were really good and tasted nice and fresh The texture and seasoning of the seitan was excellent.

Our First Vegan In Denver - Edit
The cheese and the macaroni did not seem to mesh well. If they called it coconut macaroni that would be a better term than macaroni and cheese.
Read moreThe chicken and waffles was a better dish. The waffles also had a distinct coconut smell. Only the sauce did not go well with it. The tofu bacon was pretty good. Overall I'd give it a 2.5 out of 5 stars.
Pros: Beautiful presentation , Okay price
Cons: Too much coconut flavor , Dishes did not mesh

Wonderful to find a fully vegan restaurant in a lovely neighborhood. Breakfast was fantastic, I had the tofu Benedict with house fries and my companion had the "big rig" seitan steak, scrambled tofu with biscuits & gravy. Come hungry! PS best homemade ketchup I've ever had!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS FOR CATERING - Edit
On July 6, 2019 my husband and I got married at Winding River Ranch in Grand Lake, Colorado, and Watercourse catered our wedding dinner. As you would imagine, the food was spectacular. I especially wanted to impress all of our non-vegan guests coming from the Midwest and the southern style, buffet meal that Watercourse served did just that. What’s super unfortunate was what happened in the aftermath of our wedding.
Read moreMy husband and I ate separate and earlier than our guests on the night of our wedding, to get some alone time and guarantee that we would actually get to eat. Watercourse over-served us, and we couldn’t finish the huge plates of food. I personally walked into the kitchen and asked Forest, the head chef, to wrap our plates. He told me not to worry about it - that there would be plenty of leftovers.
On Sunday morning, when I walked into the commercial kitchen onsite that they used to prepare the food (and we used on Friday night to prep the rehearsal dinner) to make coffee and brunch for our guests, I found my husband’s parents cleaning grease off of almost every pot and pan in the kitchen. The ranch site manager had been in early that morning and steam cleaned the floors, they were so greasy that they were dangerous. My husband ended up cleaning a pot that had mashed potatoes burned to the bottom of it and was left. The countertops had huge grease smears. Essentially, they had left the kitchen quite dirty. Then, when I opened the fridge to find our leftovers, I was shocked to find absolutely nothing in there besides a small bowl of mashed potatoes. Not our plates, not any leftovers. The ranch staff then told me that they had removed several trash bags full of food from behind the kitchen. They estimated around 15-20lbs of food had been thrown out.
When I confronted Watercourse about this, Forest lied to me, telling me he had saved my food, but “didn’t know what happened to it after they left.” And that he’d done his best to clean, but there was no site manager to help them. They had been shown around the entire site and provided all the tools needed to clean up, so I was confused as to why he needed a third party to verify if the kitchen was clean or dirty. The ranch hosts weddings every weekend of the summer, and they had never seen such food waste, and had never seen a catering company leave the kitchen in such a state.

Very busy place and for good reason! Waitress was very helpful with her recommendations. I had the sweet potato gnocchi and my boyfriend had the cauliflower chicken balls with gravy (cant remember exactly) and they were both so good! Also the buffalo cauliflower starter. Nearly went again for lunch the next day!
