Great food but expensive - Edit
We loved watercourse the first time we went and will be back! The breakfast on the weekends right now starts too late though and that made it hard for us to get to with kids.

A food destination - Edit
If you go to Denver, you owe it to yourself to visit Watercourse at least once. I went twice during my trip there last fall. This place is excellent in terms of quality, ambiance and service. The menu is vast, portions are generous, and the flavors are outstanding. Definitely went a little overboard on my second trip there for dinner. My first trip was for brunch and the food tasted like I shouldn't be eating it. Very good if you want a veganized version of comfort food. 10/10 want to go again!

Worth it - Edit
Some of the best vegan versions of mac n cheese and ranch dressing that I have had! Got the southern plate, yum. Would definitely revisit. When I declined to donate a $10 meal to charity, the employee told me pointedly that veganism is about caring for the community. Nonetheless, the food was on point!

Good spot for non vegan friends - Edit
I’ve always liked what I’ve ordered here. Their menus change on a regular basis, and sometimes the best items disappear and aren’t replaced with anything else as spectacular.

Amazing! - Edit
Very heavy food but it’s great. Lots of things you can’t find as a vegan. Cauliflower wings are the best I’ve had. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

Phenomenal Vegan Food - Edit
So tasty! We of course ordered take out during covid but it was still delicious! Highly recommend the blackened ceasar wrap, yuca fries and cuban sandwhich. All extremely flavourful and satisfying. Their strawberry lemonade is fabulous too!

Great mix of salads, bowls, sandwiches, etc. I like it better for lunch than dinner. Always seems over priced for dinner.

Elegant & comforting - Edit
Stopped in for late lunch on way into town from airport. Elegantly presented yucca fries & delicious cauliflower “wings” for apps (happy hour). J had side of mac & cheez (full portion would have been too much & za’atar eggplant with chickpea crepe. Satisfying! B had winter chopped salad — not really a chopped salad but still good mix of roasted veg, spring mesclun, pecans, “gorgonzola.”

Enjoyed sitting outside in the sun!
Last visit in 2018 was inside at the bar where we had the southern soul plate.

Drop everything and try the baked Brie! - Edit
The baked Brie with fig chutney is amazing. I had the eggplant zatar. It was really good but so filling. It came with some tasty hummus, a rolled flatbread, some roasted marinated eggplant and a huge pile of ancient grains and lentils. It was full of flavor but filling enough for 2 full meals. My friend had the Mac and cheese with broccoli. It was also very filling. Parking was tough and there was a long wait so we sat at the counter.

I would eat here everyday, if I could - Edit
Mac and Cheese is good. The breakfast sandwich is good. The cuban is good. The southern plate is good. Dinner is good, brunch is good. I've been here serval times and have been so happy every time. The absolute best thing is the baked brie, you're going to think you'll want to share this, YOU WILL NOT WANT TO SHARE. Get your own, ask your friend/date/whoever to get their own.
