Zum einen Nachhaltig wie z.b das "Mittagsmahlanders" so nur Zutaten benutzt werden welche gerettet wurden, sowie unfassbar lecker. Als auch kreativ wie mit dem Schwarzen Brett an dem Mann einen Kaffee anhängen kann falls man jemandem eine Freude machen möchte.

Hier gibt es hervorragende Pizzen, grandiose Kuchen, Torten und Desserts und eine wirklich herzliche Bedienung. Auch wenn das Vistro etwas außerhalb liegt, entschädigt das Essen dort allemal für die Anreise.

The best pizzaplace in Hamburg - Edit
Went to this cozy place, and fell in love with their pizzas. They serve you a crispy italian-styled pizza with such good toppings. The vegan cheese is pretty good. I definitely recommend this place for anyone who’s craving a 10/10 pizza. Their wine is also quite tasteful. If I ever find myself back in Hamburg, I’ll make sure to visit once again :)

Brunch Review - Edit
Vistro sometimes organises brunches - I'm not sure if it's on a monthly basis, but it gets announced on Facebook and Instagram. I got the chance to visit for last Sunday's brunch, planning it as a break during an inner city hike.
Read moreMiraculously I arrived there right on time, just as the staff was preparing the lemonades, of which one is included in the price of 16,50€ for the all-you-can-eat buffet.
The buffet isn't the largest vegan buffet I've ever seen, but the selection is pretty large. This time they had: almond-chia-bread, cherry-poppy seed cake (favourite), fake egg salad, tomato with cashew mozzarella, pasta salad, sweet and savoury spreads and dips, fruit, soup, sausages, scrambled fake egg, gnocchi in cheese sauce (favourite), milk rice porridge and roasted vegetables (probably forgetting something right now).
So all in all, pretty good stuff - great quality and taste (apart from the fake Leberwurst - didn't like that one at all). The milk rice porridge was out rather soon though - and then the buffet was lacking a bit in sweet options IMO. Some waffles, pancakes or yogurt could have been nice.
Innerluck is still my favourite brunch option, but check Vistro out, too, if you're into brunch buffets as much as I am.
Still need to check out their pizza, though...

We had the Istanbul and Schranke pizzas. They were both good with fake pizza cheese and mozzarella. Extra topping can be ordered on top. Good choice of pie and cakes. We had the Merry Berry which was really good.

Vegane Pizzeria - Edit
Die hausgemachte Limonade "Petersilie Zitrone" schmeckt super und der Strohhalm ist aus Metall! Nach der Limo hab ich eine Pasta Pinoli genossen, diese wurde mit einem Pesto aus Pinienkernen, Walnüssen, Rosinen, Knoblauch und Olivenöl serviert. Dabei gibt's noch einen Mandel Parmesan. Die Spaghetti waren nicht so al dente wie in Italien aber für deutsche Verhältnisse durchaus normal. Die Musik ist entspannt und die Inneneinrichtung gemütlich. Ausserdem gibt's hier vegane Pizza mit zwei verschiedenen Böden. Glutenfrei und Klassisch. Vielleicht wird ja irgendwann auch ein Boden aus Hanfmehlmischung angeboten, dies ist mein absoluter Favorit. Einmal im Monat am Sonntag von 11 bis 15 Uhr gibt's nen Brunch für 16,50€ inkl. der besagten Limo. Auch für Grossveranstaltungen gibt's hier ausreichend Platz, bis zu 200 Personen. Der Service ist freundlich und fix! Bis bald!

Everything on the menu is vegan. Homemade mozzarella ist just perfect, you can order pizza with 5 or 6 homemade vegan cheese :)) you should try gnocchi with "cheddar"! Also their cakes and desserts are delicious, especially tiramisu. Very good coffee.

Nett ist, dass man Gutscheine für Gratisessen kaufen kann, falls mal jemand nicht zahlen kann. Der Laden ist gemütlich und die Pizza richtig gut. Für Kinder werden auch kleinere Portionen gemacht. Sehr freundlich, wir gehen gerne regelmäßig hin.

Had such high hopes after reading all the 5 star reviews but we were sadly underwhelmed. We ordered a couple vegan pizzas and they were just ok, lacking in flavor for our taste. The extra cheese options were decedent and rich but didn’t hit the mark on flavor. We always like to support fully vegan businesses so we tried this place first but we preferred the taste of the vegan pizza at Pizza Bande. We would likely try Vistro again but maybe for the pasta instead.

Brilliant!! 5 stars are not enough. I have tried everything that many vegan restaurants have their difficulties with. These include the pizzas, cheesecake and mouse au chocolat. But not this! The pizza has tasted as recently as in Italy, the cheesecake as it was from my mother and the mouse au chocolat was simply a poem. All this was topped by the super friendly service.

This charming restaurant offers you all of your most-beloved “classic” non vegan, italian foods but veganized in the best way possible! All of the food is lovingly made and prepared by the staff and tastes amazing. The only issue I have with this place is that it’s not easily accessible. It’s quite far away from the city centre.

Sehr liebe Menschen, mit denen man sogar direkt das Gefühl von Freundschaft und Zuhause bekommt. Auch die Atmosphäre ist toll. Man kann für andere Menschen, Getränke, Essen, Desserts, usw. alles vorbezahlen, so dass es sich jeder leisten kann dort zu essen.
Mein absoluter Favorit ist der Petersiliencrash. Ein Getränk mit Suchtpotential.
