Serves meat, vegan options available. Menu includes a "going green" vegan burger (quinoa and red bean) as well as vegan chili and a daily vegetarian special that can be made vegan to-order. Reported closed March 2024.
Well, let's get first things first, this is a burger joint that is attempting to enter the 21st Century. Kudos to them. They offer several vegan options and the website states that the will cater to your needs and make meals, like the daily special, vegan upon request.
The vegan chile is a solid choice although generally I prefer a little more spices in mine. However, you won't go wrong by ordering it. The Thai salad is fresh and has good and varied vegetables and a nice chile-lime vinaigrette dressing. As I stated in another review, I am a french fries snob, so I rate their fries good, which is actually a good review. The onion rings were large, but a little too oily for our tastes. Most people will like them, I'm guessing.
They have a couple of vegan burger choices and more salads. I will update this review when we sample more of the items on their menu.
I’m glad I asked and made sure everything I ordered was vegan! I was told all the battered fried food was not vegan because they used egg to coat. Most reviews said that the onion rings were vegan— I was told they were not. I asked if they could be made vegan and the cook looked annoyed that I asked and said no. The only vegan items on the menu were the burgers, which were okay. The fries were good but they didn’t wow me or anything. Left very disappointed because I was expecting to be able to eat some good ‘ol fried greasy food and that just wasn’t the case. The website brags about being accommodating to a variety of diets, but that was definitely not my experience as a vegan.
The Going Green burger was delicious! The onion rings (yes, vegan) were delicious. The Mojo sauce was fantastic. Service was superb, including a clear understanding of what vegan is. The next time in in Tallahassee I'd gladly come back.
There are 2 vegan burgers that will rock your world! The onion rings and fries are vegan as well. The Vertigo sauce has Mayo but there are a few awesome vegan sauces. The staff is knowledgeable about vegan vs vegetarian. Highly recommend! I love that they have alternatives to Impossible and Beyond!
I loved this place so much I hope it gets franchised to South Florida! If I'm back in Tallahassee, I will definitely be back! Everything was delicious! Almost everything can be made gluten free (Yay-I have Celiac) and they have many vegan options. Salads, regular & sweet potato fries, onion rings, fried green tomatoes & 2 veggie burgers: GOING GREEN- Quinoa and red bean burger, arugula, smoked pepper sauce, grilled red onion, cucumber, avocado, sprouts & BLACK BEAN MADURO- vegan black bean burger, vegan mojo sauce, roasted corn pico de gallo, guacamole, maduros.
Being a vegitarian is difficult primarily because you're always hungry. I went here seeking a tasty burger and was not satisfied with the burger or fries.
The restaurant claims they cater to vegans, but when I ordered, the person at the counter told me that none of the bread is vegan. I then asked for the vegan chilli but was disappointed as it was really dry. It was toward the end of the day, but I felt I wasted my money.

Love that they have vegan chili and burgers. So nice to see restaurants offer vegan options. Burgers need to be healthier/less oil.
