I've been going to veggie world for years. It's a bit of a mission to get to from London but such is the high quality of food there, it is worth it. Hour drive there, hour drive back!
Read moreShame they're not open to eating in due to covid, but hopefully once covid is over they'll reopen the restaurant! Well worth a try are the veggie chicken in black bean sauce and spring rolls - these are my favourite!

They stopped doing eat-in long before covid. Could walk in and order anytime but can't do that anynore, only phone ahead and book a time slot to collect.

Beautiful vegan chinese takeaway - Edit
My partner and I got a takeaway to collect for the first time, it was gorgeous! We hadn't had a Chinese takeaway in years, since we went vegan. It was so wonderful to be able to try anything off the menu, and not worry about mistakes or cross contamination. It was great to be able to try things that are normally never going to be vegan, like the prawn toast. All the 'meats' we tried were great, all of the dishes were delicious and interesting, as well as fresh. My partner said the crispy 'beef' was indistinguishable from how he remembered the real thing. Good portion sizes and well priced. I wish we lived closer!

One of the best takeaways I’ve ever had, Pity its so far from me, love it here always have the beef Satay with meat rice and the chicken balls are amazing, I swap the sweet and sour sauce for Satay. Best vegan prawns I’ve ever tasted and they sell them frozen. The lunchtime deals good too, any main with rice or noodles and drink for under £6. Tried the mutton here recently and it’s delicious a must try.

I couldn’t believe the menu when I first ate here (10 years ago or so!) I thought it was too good to be true. every dish has 3 or 4 non meat options (Mick duck, mock chicken, mock beef etc)

This is the best vegan Chinese food you can get. Great vegan food with so many meat substitutes including prawns, beef, duck and my favourite chicken. Lovely staff and beautiful food you can’t go wrong. Shame you can’t eat in but the food is still warm by the time you get home (20-30 minute drive for us)

If you are vegan/veggie and havent been here, you must go. Even if you aren't vegan, its still the best chinese takeaway I've been to hands down, and everything is 100% vegan I couldn't believe it! I've tried a fair amount on their menu and everything is delicious. Staff are also lovely. 5/5 stars. Can also buy vegan meats from their freezer.

The takeaway menu is varied and everything I have tried so far has been delicious. I also buy meat substitutes from here and make my own versions and varieties. The beef and the lamb subs are the best I have tried.

So reassuring that the menu is 100% vegan, I can order anything I like without worrying about miscommunication or cross contamination. The food is delicious too, the sweet and sour "chicken" balls are just as a remember.

This is the only FULLY VEGAN Chinese I’ve ever come across. Can’t believe it. The food is amazing. Tastes exactly like your normal, quality, Chinese takeaway. The meat replacements are especially impressive. A meat eating friend couldn’t believe it was vegan.
Read moreThey also sell frozen ‘meats’ to take away. Lots of imported brands I’ve never seen. The ‘Fakon’ they sell is really good and much better priced than stuff you get at super markets.

Meat substitutes so good I once fooled a friend into thinking they were eating real beef. Tastes better than any Chinese takeaway I had as a meat eater. Prices are cheap. Staff always friendly and welcoming. I come here at least once a month it’s so good.

We love this place. There is something for everyone on the menu. My kids get so excited when I suggest going here. The 'chicken' satay skewers are a firm favorite. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!
