Excellent food but scruffy place - Edit
We were amazed at the very high ratings.
Read moreThe food we had was really good and interesting. BUT:
The portions were incredibly tiny.
The kitchen and toilets floor looked like they have never been cleaned since the place was built and we had a dead cockroach on the floor just next to our table.
The service was kind but the place was so full of people, that they just couldn’t be everywhere and seemed unable to cope, so we received the food before the drinks.
Lots of room for improvement, starting with cleaning.

Cons: hard to find the address, on the 1st floor

Overpriced hipster place - Edit
If you're up for overpriced hipster [censored] in a stuffy teens flat with low quality food where the portion of rice is bigger than the actual dish, go for it. Otherwise don't even bother finding it.

My friend really enjoyed the pork belly option. I ordered a pizza which looked nothing like the picture, no cheese or tomato but instead a paste, I wouldn't return for it unfortunately.

Nothing special - Edit
According to me it doesn't really deserve the great reviews it has. The staff is really kind and price is reasonable, but the mi quang noodle soup I had was plain. Not remarkable.

Higgly recommend! Really yummy vegan food with lots of different options. Service was great, very friendly and helpful. Hard to find, you need to walked to the back of what looks like a carpark to an evaluator and go to level one.

Food here was excellent, try the salty vegan egg fried rice! Only negative was they were doing some renos in the kitchen which were very loud, but we did come for lunch at 3pm when there wasn't many other people there.

Hidden but tasty Pho and "Beef" - Edit
Like the others said, it is on the second floor. The beef was really good, but I hoped for a little bit more sauce to Mix it with rice. The Pho was definetly one of the better ones in Vietnam we had.

I went here with a non-vegetarian and we both enjoyed the meal. Extensive menu, sweet staff! Also cold and cheap beers ;). To find it you need to go into the garage and go to the first floor. Very affordable!

Greta little place. Fit us in late at night. Food was very tasty. We got pad Thai, 2 banh mi, 2 drinks and vermicelli noodle bowl and was around 200k. Which for us is $12 AUS. Noodle wasn’t amazing but still great. Will be back.

Mixed feelings - Edit
After finally finding the place I was a bit disappointed. The place is a bit run down and not very clean. The summer rolls were not that good, the rice paper was still hard and the peanut dip too watery. The vegetable curry looked not very exciting, but tasted better than I thought. I wanted milk tea, but it was out.

If you're in the area try it but it's not worth a long way.

Unassuming but Delicious - Edit
I’m not going to lie, this restaurant was a little hard to find. In order to get to the restaurant, you have enter through a parking lot, then make your way to the second floor (first floor if you’re British). On the second floor you will see it with some cute shops. I got the mushroom spring rolls (chả giò), xiu mai, and braised tofu with lemongrass and chili. Both had some great flavors. They served broken rice (cơm tấm) for a little extra, but it wasn’t too much. I loved how the place was unassuming and the food had some character.
