Our Favorite - Edit
Veggie Grill has by far become my families favorite place to eat. The staff is great, the food is amazing, the wait is never long and the meal changes with the season. My favorite is the Santa Fe Crispy Chikin, but so far I have not been disappointed with anything on the menu.

The only thing I am sad about is they took away the daily soup... the chickin noodle was awesome, so I miss that, but I understand that they stopped due to wasting so much food (not bought by end of day and soup changed daily) so they did the right thing by stopping, but I still miss my soup! :)

Cons: Location (I hate being by a McDs), Hours- I wish they were open early/later

For a very distinctly chain/strip-mall-oriented type of place, I thought it was pretty good. The offerings are pretty consistently decent quality, and healthy, and there are ample vegan options. Atmosphere is obviously nothing special, but it's fine, and it's a great option to have when out & about.

My New Favorite Chain - Edit
We ordered Door Dash from Veggie Grill. While the Cali Bowl was a little different from the one I had in Seattle yesterday, this was still incredibly flavorful. This chain is incredible and just only wish they were in South Florida.

The Vegan’s Dream Grill - Edit
I’ve been going to this restaurant since I moved to Beaverton years ago, and they made my vegetarian/vegan diet life much easier. I love their Truffle Mac & Cheese and Buffalo Bomber, and those two are my usual “bombo” but today I wanted something different, something from the “Mas Veggies” restaurant (separate review on that one). I also ordered food for my friends, and they had the usually fries and original burger. The fries is one of the best, and the Veggie Grill original burger was surprisingly good (I took a quarter of cut). The server was extremely friendly, and gave us two free cookies with a kind written message. I appreciate their constant menu updating that keeps us going back for something new.

They've recently updated their menu- they've slimmed it down but still have a great variety of options. Chicken sandwiches, burgers (including a homemade mushroom patty option), snacks, and even a burrito option. I ordered the Santa Fe Chicken sandwich and it was delicious, I really liked the patty and the guac is always fresh when I come here. The patty was a bit hard would be my only complaint. The pickled red onions are my fav.

We’ve been to many veggie grill locators over the years. The menu has changed a lot. There’s more “fake” options than ever before, so that’s great for some. But not all of us vegans want that. Still though, plenty of options for everyone.

Update today 7-11-23. Mac and cheese was awful. It taste like they forgot to use nooch. We had to use s&p, siracha and chahula to get a few bites.

I ordered the Classic Romaine Caesar salad, which is romaine hearts tossed in Caesar dressing with parmesan, flatbread croutons, and grilled lemon. I added crispy popcorn chick'n, which was tasty, but not worth the extra cost, especially for only a few pieces. The server gave me extra salad dressing on the side. I know they were just trying to be nice, but I didn't ask for it or want it, so it was a waste. Otherwise, the salad was good.

I live two hours away and had to be in town so I had to stop by and I ordered a few things so I would have leftovers. I got the new chili dog plate and it comes with an amazing potato salad and slaw on the side. I also ordered the tuna melt sandwich, loaded red yams, and a side of pesto pasta salad. As usual, everything was so tasty! The prices are reasonable and everything I’ve ever had there is delicious!

Tasty and Affordable Vegan Fare - Edit
Veggie Grill is delicious and has been a favorite of mine for many years. They've got good starters like the Wings (get it with all the sauces!!) or Crispy Cauliflower. Their buffalo sandwich is bomb, as is their Sante Fe Crispy Chickn, Their Immunity Bowl and Far East Bowl are both delicious and nutritious. Try all the desserts too!!
Read moreVG is good because you know you can find affordable and tasty vegan food, however I there have been way too many changes in their menu over the years, they no longer carry all my favorite dishes! I used to live in California and eat VG all the time in 2011-2014. I remember it was some of the best vegan food I ever tried! But unfortunately the last few months I have noticed the quality has decreased. I am sure COVID caused a lot of issues for them, but I hope they can pull through and start offering phenomenal dishes again!

I appreciate knowing I can order anything on the menu, and enjoy other Veggie Grill locations occasionally, but this particular location is disappointing. While the staff is friendly, they have made errors with our orders multiple times, and our food has been soggy/mushy, bland, rubbery, congealed etc every single time we have been there. It's ok in a (vegan) pinch, but it's definitely not worth the cost.

We’ve been here a few times. We love the food but sorry it’s overpriced and the portion sizes are average at best. Would rather spend the money on food from the store and make it myself.
