Variety and great taste - Edit
We got the all you can eat (without hot pot) and tried a bit of everything. I personally prefer the traditional dishes rather than the mock meats but everything tasted great. Really liked the fried rice, noodles, tofu, spring rolls, and the dessert too. Highly recommend this place, as the price is decent too.

Amazing!! - Edit
The hot pot buffet was so delicious! Besides the fully vegan buffet with vegetables, different kinds of noodles and different kinds of vegan soy alternatives for meat to put in the hot pot, they also offer a buffet with ready-to-eat noodle and rice dishes, spring rolls, etc. Between 11:30 and 15 o’clock you can choose just the ready-to-eat buffet or in addition the hot pot. I don’t know if this is also possible in the evening(?). The two bases for the hot pot are one with soy and one with curry. It’s not spicy, but you can get indictments from the buffet to spice it up. It was a very nice experience and super delicious! The staff was also very friendly!

Amazing Hotpot - Edit
We were there for the all you can eat hot pot buffet.
Read moreThey have a large variety of vegan meat, noodles, veggies and toppings. Furthermore they also offer a selection of different salads, starters and desserts (which of course are not to be put into the hot pot).
The broths in the hot pot are a soy broth and a yellow curry broth, both are very tasty, but for me the curry broth was my favourite.
Our waitress also explicitly stated, that the broths are not spicy at all, but that there are spices at the buffet, so we can adjust the level of spicyness ourselves.
The default cutlery are high quality metal chopsticks, but you can get forks, knives and spoons from the buffet.
Also the waitress was very attentive and friendly. She regularly came over and asked if we needed more drinks, more broth and even helped me catch the remaining noodles from the broth.
All together this restaurant seemed to me to be very authentic.
Just be sure to be careful around the pot and not burn yourself like I did - the pot's hot afterall.😉

Haha oh wow! All i was craving was the fried rice and some veggies and I got plenty of it. Haha
Read moreFirst the lady was kinda rude over the phone but once we were there everybody was nice and friendly and we were sooo lucky to get a table that spontaneously.
So don’t get scared away, haha it’s so worth it to go!!
So much rice and noodles, veggies, tofu, fruits… You get a hot pot with a kind of broth and the other one is coconut soup. This is to put in the uncooked veggies and shrooms 💚
They refill everything so fast that you don’t even recognize it was finished.
They also have some sushi.
Lots of sitting space inside.
If you plan to go I’d rather book a table or good luck for a spontaneous visit like we did.
Super delicious!! Very friendly staff.
Pros: Delicious , Friendly, Price for what you get is great
Cons: Super loud cause their kids are there and playing

Wir wollten hier zu Mittag essen, aber leider war trotz Öffnungszeit niemand da. Erst nach einer halben Stunde kam jemand, aber auch hier gab es nichts Glutenfreies, wie online angepriesen. Schade.

Chaotic experience - Edit
Tried the hotpot buffet. Vegetasia is known for their fully vegan buffets, which is a rarity in itself in Vienna. The assortment of ingredients, especially the mushrooms was pretty decent, but the soup bases did not really excite me. We got a mushrrom based (?) broth that was ok, and a curry broth which I didnt like (a curious choice for hotpot IMO). Whether or not we could've chosen other broths I do not know, because we simply weren't offered to choose. It was all very chaotic that night.
Read moreThus, although the food was pretty good, we did not have the greatest time here. They were clearly understaffed so service was very slow. The owner's child (?) was running around in the restaurant with little supervision, riding her little scooter, banging on plates, etc. - just normal kid behavior. She's a cute girl, but honestly I prefer a little peace when I'm having my meal.
I have been here years ago - this place certainly is an institution of the local veg-community. Back then, it wasn't like this at all. So I assume this was an outlier, and they deserve another chance. I'll definitely go again at some point 👍
Pros: Full vegan hotpot ingredient buffet, Buffet also features other goodies
Cons: Chaotic experience

I ate 8 plates! - Edit
I really enjoyed my stay at vegetasia! I was there for lunch for the all you can eat buffet. I ate 8 plates and and was really happy with the food (the marinated tofu, the udon noodles and the kimchi were my highlights). the waitress was really nice and being served by the robot bella was a funny experience. the restaurant got more expensive since the last time I was there but still I like the food a lot so I would come again😄

Lovely experience - Edit
Super nice staff and delicious hotpot! The buffet is clean and well assorted and ranges from summer rolls and warm veggie dumplings to cut up vegetables such as broccoli, mushrooms, cauliflower and tofu and soy chunks. The hot pot is refilled when it’s getting empty so you can have a really nice, long evening of hot-potting:) Recommend!

Great Food, Slow Service - Edit
The food was great, but the service was a bit slow for the a la carte menu order. The specialty is an all you can eat hot pot buffet, which looked great, but I tend to eat smaller meals. The restaurant reportedly just moved, so maybe they haven't had the chance to finish decorating, but the stark decor did not feel very inviting.

cheap and tasty - Edit
We had lunch here today and opted for the buffet. There was a nice selection of sushi and warm dishes. There was also soup and dessert. The all-you-can-eat buffet cost just under 15 euros. Some things are deep-fried, others are totally fresh. We were very happy to have a complete vegan buffet and will definitely come here on our next visit to Vienna again.

Many vegan options - Edit
Had the dinner buffet and did not eat a single thing I didn‘t like. Many vegan options, with protein sources such as tofu and fake meat. They had a lot of different dishes, such as salads, soup, maki, summer rolls, spring rolls, meat alternatives and fried vegetables. My non-vegan friend loved it too. One buffet raspberry juice was €19,10 with tip excluded, which I think is a good price for dinner.

okay but not what i expected:( - Edit
For vegetarians it’s a better pick but for vegans i don’t think it’s really worth it even if i was really excited that u could finally go to an all u can eat as well
Read moreIn the fried noodle and rice dish was egg and the only other option was just plain rice.
The salads and miso soup was good tho but the fried stuff was just okay so i do g think there is a better choice to go than this :((( sadly
Pros: Miso soup was good , Nuggets tasted good, not that expensive
Cons: Not many vegan options , other things were okay but nothing special
