Was actually decent (without the cheese) soup and burrito were also nice. They had a limited menu because they were closing for Easter and all food was 40% off.

Vegan Port Pizza has many different pizza options (like 16 or something like that) for a really decent price. Pizzas are one sized and the portion is quite big - it was quite hard to finish it. We tried one hot pizza with salami and jelapeños and one with pesto, soya, tomatoes and some greens.
Read moreTheir menus are in Polish and the waitress offered to translate everything for us (although the ingredients are quite clearly listed therefore we didn't need any help).
The interior is very nice and cozy.

Me and my company had two different but equally good pizzas. And you could order sauce on the side, we both took garlic which was nice in texture and had a strong garlic flavor, super tasty.

we got a pizza with salami and jalapenos as well as a hawaiian one. the dough was really good, yeasty, slightly sweet, flaky, neapolitan-like. we also got two teas, a raspberry one and a ginger one - both very tasty!

Once: delicious dishes - nowadays: only pizza is worth to try - Edit
[EN] I know this spot from the very beginning and it maintained a high level. At that time, the food was delicious and you always wanted to go back there. Unfortunately, the golden age of this place has gone and there is no indication that it's going to change. I was in Vegan Port several times and every single time I convinced myself that this spot isn't a synonym for "tasty food" anymore. Asian cuisine is not as it should be. Spicy dish with hot sauce wasn't spicy at all. Vegan chops are currently tasteless (once upon a time they had more seasoning and were tasteful). Meat like dishes are lacking of seasoning, that's why you only feel the taste of soy or seitan. Greek cuisine were tragic, it turned out to be money thrown down the drain.
Read moreHas this place any advantage? Yes, pizza is the only dish, which is worth recommending. The rest of the menu aren't worth to try, unless you like unseasoned food. The taste will definitely remain lackluster for a really long time. That's why if you have different spots in your sights, you should choose the other one in Gdańsk.
[PL] Znam to miejsce od początków jego istnienia i utrzymało ono wysoki poziom. Jedzenie było pyszne i chciało się tam wracać. Niestety, złota era tego lokalu minęła i nic nie wskazuje na to, że miałoby się to zmienić. Byłam w Vegan Porcie kilka razy w tym roku i za każdym razem przekonywałam się, że to miejsce przestało być synonimem "smacznego żarcia". Kuchnia azjatycka jest nie taka, jaka powinna być. Danie z pikantnym sosem okazało się daniem bez ostrości. Kotleciki, które jadło się kiedyś ze smakiem, obecnie są pozbawione smaku. Potrawom przypominającym mięso brakuje przypraw i czuć w nich smak soi czy seitana. Kuchnia grecka - tragedia, pieniądze wyrzucone w błoto.
Czy to miejsce może mieć jakieś zalety? Jedynym, godnym polecenia daniem jest pyszna pizza. Reszty menu nie polecam, no chyba, że ktoś lubi niedoprawione jedzenie. Smak na pewno pozostanie bez wyrazu przez bardzo długi czas, dlatego, jeśli macie na oku inne miejsca w Gdańsku, lepiej wybierzcie to drugie.

I probably did not get lucky with Vegan Port. I was looking forward to visiting, as their menu looks truly impressive. I had the schabowy ("pork chop") which is my beloved meal. The food was beautifully styled, however, I think the "meat" was gone bad. It tasted quite sour, otherwise was tasteless, with a spongy consistency. The sides were very nice though. I also had kombucha to drink, unfortunately, the glass was super small.

I do not want to criticise after just one visit, so I will definitely do back and preferably try some of their pizzas.

Read moreThere were two things I didn't really like:
- The girl working there was seriously not motivated at all. She was constantly on her phone. The pizza guy had to tell her to bring me the menu and I had to go to the counter to order. Her face was expressionless. So service was not great unfortunately.
- I didn't like the vegan cheese that they use at all. But that's just my personal opinion.
Pros: Lots of different pizzas, Delicious pizza dough

Read moreI wasn't impressed with the pizza, maybe because I generally find vegan cheese slimey, but vegan schnitzel and potato burgers were lovely. Glass of kombucha was tiny though, especially comparing with the lemonade served in a normal size glass.
