Lovely food, great commitment to sustainability and veganism in Panamá - Edit
We had the hawaiian burger, loaded chilli fries and a hot dog, both were delicious! We also had strawberry tres leches cake and a chocolate brownie which were very tasty. Even the beer was good. My mum said it was the best beer she'd ever had. The owner spoke to us a lot and explained the local origins of the food and how she was committed to being sustainable and helping the vegan community in Panamá. Great!

Nice Burgerpatty, few veggies - Edit
We had 2 different burgers, the patties were delicious but unfortunately there was only few sauce and few veggies (which would have made the difference between the burgers) on it. Fries and banana chips were nice but we would really love to have more fresh veggies in a fully vegan restaurant.

A little harsh on the stars but we are glad you liked our burgers. We are a family owned and run vegan burger and hotdog restaurant and it’s extremely important to us and our ability to keep providing vegan food to this community to make all our clients happy. Our focus is our sandwiches not veggie plates and we have new items like Quinoa BBQ sandwiches being added to the menu to go along with our sausages and burgers.

Tasty but pricey - Edit
Having eaten at most vegan establishments in the city now I can say that while the food tasted good here, the prices here were one of the highest for a meal. Maybe because Beyond meat or something similar is used. The burger and hot dog buns are quite small too. I just felt it was too pricey for what it was.

We have a menu with items from $5-$15. Every burger we sell is 1/4lb or more. Every product we use is gluten free and vegan which is not cheap in Panama. Our margins are half of other restaurants because we want to provide a vegan gluten free alternative to Panama City that vegans and non-vegans can enjoy just as our name states.

As someone with several food intolerances I was beyond delighted that I could order anything I wanted on the menu. There is a fair amount of options and each was very tempting, so my partner and I ordered a few things to share. The textures and flavours were amazing and the presentation too. I love that these are all home recipes, you can feel that the meals are made with care and passion.

Gluten Free and Delicious vegan Food - Edit
Arriving to the pink palace in downtown Panama City was just like a dream felt like so romantic, we arrived and decided to sit inside surrounded by the tropical plants. We ordered the nachos and the VLB Burger. We like a lot the chillli sin carne with the green plantain base, or also you can have a fresh cut potatoes fries base which ever you prefer. The burger was excellent with a kind of smoke flavor and accompanied by chimichurri made the best cross over flavors with the sweet plantain. The buns are gluten-free, and NO nuts included, being sensitive to peanuts, I decided to ask in case. No regrets of coming here my belly was full and happy
