When I saw Korean-Italian fusion I was intrigued but I had my doubts. However, it turned out to be match made in heaven. I went through most of the menu after several visits and literally everything is delicious. 100/10 strongly recommend

Yes! - Edit
I’ve been walking around for ages and for some reason tried just now. And yes, I liked it!
Read moreThe kimchi here is just mmmm delicious. Tried all four different types in different dishes and can say that the red and yellow are my fav! So yummy!
Must say that I’m not big lover of mochi, but here I enjoyed it a lot!
For two starters two mains and two desserts paid £31 which is friendly price for the location. Everything’s home made and actually tastes like real food.
The owners were very friendly and helpful😄
Finally made my way back to get more of fermented deliciousness!
Starter sea weed salad and all four different kimchi plate. My two favourite things(kimchi and sea weed)! Bibimbap and udon soup with kimchi for mains. And ofc mochi as dessert. Asano and some cbd beer to flush it down. Great!
Looking forward to be back

Went just before lockdown and had a superb experience. Wish I could have their kombucha on tap. Can't wait to be back in London to try more. Really different menu. Well done.

Impressive creations - Edit
I loved this place, the owner was so friendly and let me try samples, and it was obvious how passionate he is about what he does and the Italian/Korean fusion creations he's put together.
Read moreI had the toppognocchi with their homemade turmeric bread there and bought the chocolate gnocchi to take away, and I'd never tried different flavours of kimchi before. If you're in London I'd definitely recommend stopping by. There's a small area for sitting in or you can get dishes to take away.

Delicious, unexpected combination - Edit
Had to see what Korean/Italian fusion tasted like and we were not disappointed! Toppognocchi and Kimchi Udon were both amazing, and we had the 4 Colour Kimchi Salad and Kimchi Viola Inari as starters. Paired very nicely with beer, and the owner also has homemade flavored kombucha. Very friendly and fast service too. Would definitely recommend!

Delicious healthy homemade food - Edit
Lots of options, from raw bibimbap to kimchi lasagna to gnocchi, and the most delicious mochi I've ever had for dessert (with a nice cappuccino). Everything homemade by the owners, a very nice Italian-Chinese couple, preserving the authentic taste of the regional cuisines and creating tasty fusions. There's even homemade grappa for better digestion!😉Healthwise, all sorts of fermented foods to enrich the gut microbiome.

Excellent! - Edit
We had dinner at this lovely little place. Ordered the lasagna, the Korean rice cake/ gnocchi and the mochi. The food was very fresh, inventive and tasted great. I have to say I was a bit skeptical about the Korean-Italian fusion idea, but the food was absolutely amazing. The owner is a lovely and funny man who also makes great drinks. Prices are fair. I would definite recommend this place!

Amazing food, amazing service - Edit
From the moment we walked into the door the owner was warm and welcoming. He took time to talk to us about the food he makes and explained the process of everything. Then with his help we picked what we wanted to eat and the food was absolutely incredible. We’ve been in London for two weeks on holiday and this was by far the best food we have had while here. Highly recommend!

Cash-Only but Surprisingly Delicious in a Cosy atmosphere - Edit
This has to be a highlight of food in London. Where else in the world can you find an Italian Chef (the husband) and Korean (the wife) cooking Korean-Italian fusion recipes in a mom-pop shop. The only downside is that they only take cash at this point, but luckily there are ATMs on Brick Lane to take cash out. They let everyone try the kimchi when you sit down to see what kind/flavors you like. I recommend everything there, but specifically the Kimchi dishes (let them know the level of spice you like it in) and the gnocchi is my favorite. They also have items for sale in the restaurant. I would love to return here next time I am in London.

It's a tiny little place. Some of the dishes are tasty and unusual, others I felt I could knock up quickly and cheaply and better at home.

YES niche! - Edit
If the concept of Italian-Korean fusion cuisine doesn’t already make you want to try something from their menu, their enthusiastic and passionate owner might! He was very friendly, joking with us and explaining the dishes in detail when we couldn’t decide on what to order. We had the Topognocchi, delicious and certainly novel – certainly recommended!
