Incredible - Edit
Food was insanely good. Ordered a crispy chicken taco, crunch wrap, and chubby fries. Didn’t love the fries but they weren’t bad, just not my favorite. Crunch wrap and taco were two of the greatest things I’ve ever eaten. Upset I missed out on the chalupa!

Rotating fast food themes of super yummy vegan food. The Taco Bell menu is not to be missed. The crunch wrap satisfies all your vegan fantasies. The holiday menus make it so easy to please your none vegan family, especially the lasagna 😘👌

Vegan Comfort Food Truck - Edit
A staple at events and our vegan market, Nooch, the VeganVan is a delicious comfort food stop. The menu changes each week often imitating popular non vegan options. The team is super friendly and great. It might take a couple minutes more than you’d like, it’s worth the wait!

Fantastic! - Edit
I wish I didn't have to get this and run because I wasn't able to take pictures. It seems to be an Arby's theme right now and I got the Beef n Cheddar. It was fantastic. Good flavor for the seitan, cheese sauce and the bun. The curly fries taste like the ones from Arby's. My son got the mini dogs since they were out of the crazy island dog. There was a miscommunication in the amount of mini corn dogs and we ended up with an extra at no charge due to the error on their end. It took a little bit of time as they make mobile/pickup orders first but we still got the food fairly quickly since we hit during a rush. I will go again and order ahead next time. The food was absolutely fantastic!

Fantastic Brunch - Edit
Had their New Year’s Day brunch specials, pretty out of this world. There was a pretty significant wait despite ordering through their online portal for pickup. Would still eat there again, no doubt.

Absolutely love them!!! - Edit
Usually every time I catch the vegan van it’s parked outside of Mutiny and Nooch the little vegan market. They have such great food!!! Some of my favorites I’ve had are their phillychzsteak, their burgers, and of course the loaded tots!

Excellent service and food! - Edit
We ordered delivery after salivating over their Instagram account. The menu changes each week and they are doing delivery one night per week or so with COVID. Took some prep but the food was incredible. You won’t be disappointed. Can’t wait to order again!

Amazing van with rotating menu! - Edit
We love Denver Vegan Van! They had an Arby’s menu last month that was soooo good—their curly fries and French aus were fantastic. Recently they’ve been serving a Taco Bell menu, and geez the cheesy gorditas and crunchwraps are super tasty. They have a rotating menu and even offer holiday meals. Definitely something to try while in Denver!

Good taste, needs more healthy options - Edit
I had the carne asada fries because it was the only thing they had left. They sold out of food an hour early. It tasted good but was not what I would’ve ordered. Wish there were healthier options. They need to come better prepared for the hours they are going to serve. Prices are pretty steep as well.

Deliciousness - Edit
We were just looking for some vegan food on St. Paddy's day and found the Vegan Van and they did not disappoint. We had the "wing my bell", chubby girl fries, and a hollandaise breakfast sandwich (forgot the name). The wings were the perfect texture and the ranch was amazing. Hollandaise is one of my favorite breakfast foods and they nailed it. Who doesn't love loaded fries?! They were a tad spicy for me but still tasty. Staff was wonderful. I cannot wait to try out the vegan van again.

Love the Vegan Van! - Edit
There is no doubt about it, this is culinary heaven on wheels. The Vegan Van has a standing date on Wednesday afternoon outside of Nooch, which is where I go to get my weekly fix of Rocky Steady with buffalo tofu or tempeh. I can't get enough of it. The salad is a perfect mix of greens tossed with coconut "bacon" and a delicious dressing - usually with some sunflower seeds throw in. Some days I'll pick up an extra to have at home for the next day - that's how amazing it is!
Read moreAmie is a super-cool lady and is always sweet and friendly, and she's an absolute master at vegan food truck cuisine.
My limited menu tasting is due partially to the fact that I'm totally hooked on the salad, but also because I'm gluten-free. My only wish is that there was a larger selection of items I could sample, but hey, she caters to a great community, so I'm not really complaining. My biggest issue is really that she often has such yummy-looking seitan offerings, and I'm deeply jealous I can no longer indulge in such amazingness.
Visiting her at Nooch is also a plus because you can place your order and then wander in to shop at the all vegan market for a beverage or snack to go with your lunch!
Pros: Amazing food, Fantastic chef, Did I mention AMAZING food?
Cons: limited gluten-free, limited hours

YUM! - Edit
Really, my title says it all. Owner Amie is a master in the kitchen--er, van. She is very innovative, and open to suggestions and ideas. I love that! This past weekend at the Vegan Neat Market she had beer waffles among her offerings. Who else does that? Unfortunately, they sold out just before our turn, but the corned beef style sammich crammed with curry kraut that I had instead was absolutely delicious.

If you use Facebook, be sure to add Vegan Van. She always updates her location and lists her menu items for that day.
Pros: Amazing food, good value, Mobile!
