Very disappointed place to eat. Overcrowded during the pandemics and the kitchen is basically a microweave frying pan.

Ok so the food is very heavy, BUT soooo delicious! It definitely worth a try. Beside the food people are also super nice and kind. The menu is huge! They have substitute for everything!

This place is super cool, the vibe is great! The menu is so tempting that I would have ordered everything on it 😅 in the end, I chose the "cod" burger, which was suuuper tasty and delicious. I also tried the sumo "beef" one, which was also really yummy. The dishes look and taste amazing. However, I found this place very expensive. 15€ just for the burger, no fries or anything else... this makes it a definitive guilty pleasure for me.

Yum, I really liked the combinations of textures (crunchy from the onions, soft bun) and flavors (sweet from pomegranate and a little spicy from the jalapeños) in the Beastie Shawarma. I am glad I didn't add fries, because it was a huge portion. The prices for the burgers are high, but the drinks even more overpriced. I prefer places with more light, but for dinner the dark atmosphere might be more enjoyable. Try it, if you are in the mood for fancy junk food.

Honestly one of the best guilty pleasure foods you can eat as a vegan - Edit
The US has a lot to catch up on in terms of vegan restaurants. This place is amazing. From the aesthetic to the food and to the service, this restaurant ticks off all the boxes. I've had the Notorious Sumo (think a McChicken on top of a burger) that has the perfect amount of flavor and even a little spicy kick with the jalapeños they add to it. A friend of mine who eats strictly meat tried this burger and said if I hadn't told him it was vegan he would've thought it was meat. I just finished trying the Fizz and Chips, which, somehow, they managed to create VEGAN FRIED FISH. WHAT. It tasted exactly like fish, and with it, surrounded by perfectly cooked wedge fries and delectable sauces over it. I recommend whoever is in Barcelona to try this place, vegan or not.

I’ve loved all the real, healthful food I eat as a vegan for several months now. This was not that. It was crispy, crunchy, fried bits, creamy sauces, huge rolls and colorful craziness all served in an environment that was just as out there! The Sumo burger recommended by the server had both a ‘chicken’ and ‘beef’ patty and both were impressive in their taste and texture. Didn’t make me want to eat meat, but I could enjoy the flavor of these veggie patties anyway. My husband, who is not (yet) vegan was super impressed by the shawarma.

Great vegan junk food but on pricey side - Edit
Really like this place, went to the one in Amsterdam the first time a few years ago and loved the burgers so I came to the one in Barcelona. The burgers have changed they now use the charcoal buns which I’m honestly not a fan of as they can taste kinda stale, wish people would stop using them..they look cool but taste 👎🏼 BUT apart from that I loved everything I got, the chicken wings are amazing I highly recommend, I got the Fizz and chips which was also very good!

This place was just as good as the one I've been to in Amsterdam: funky interior, excellent meat substitutes, tasty, and presented well. They ran out of some fish substitutes so we'll go back to try those. We had the sumo burger with 'beef' and 'chicken' and the ribs on fries. The cocktails were creative and yummy too. The only downside is that it's more expensive compared to other places in town, even the cocktails. If the mock meat servings were a bit bigger (the piece of chicken in the burger was tiny) I wouldn't mind the prices so much. Still, good stuff.

Yup, vegan junk food. The iconic rainbow fries we got were almost cotton candy. The rib-esque sandwich was an emulation of fast food, though the meat analogue used (dk how it was made, very different) stands on its own.

I love this place, and so do a lot of non-vegans! The tastiness of the food, orientation, and cool ambiance are bringing vegan junk food into the mainstream and I couldn't be happier. Nice that everything on the menu is vegan so there is no need to check ingredients.
