Good restaurant but only if you like meat substitutes. I imagine this would be a good place to taken non-vegans for that reason. Probably a little bit expensive, but good service and decent food

if youre australian and have been to LOTF, the vibe and taste is very similar. the only difference is the coloured buns, crispier bacon, and unsoggy lettuce. the price is also a lot more than it potentially needs to be, but i guess that comes with the hype. overall i had a good time and would love to go back and try their deserts!

Vegan Junk Food Bar’s food was massive and so colorful! Everything was delicious. I enjoyed their Daddy Mc Chik’n, which really did taste like a fast food chicken sandwich. My dad LOVED the Pinky Bratwurst [censored]. It was seriously amazing with the two different kinds of mayo sauces. My brother loved the Royal Hulky, it totally tasted like authentic shawarma! The coconut curry bitterballs were flavorful and paired perfectly with the sweet chili sauce. And we absolutely loved the sweet potato fries with the pink garlic sauce. Definitely worth a visit!

Nice environment was a little loud maybe it was the time we went. Some of the food was a little bland they and ran out of desserts early in the day. Customer service was very welcoming.

We weren’t allowed to sit outside and upstairs wasn’t available either. We needed to sit in a super loud small room even though there’s was plenty of space elsewhere. I don’t understand this . Why to force customers to sit in same small room when there’s so much free space outside and upstairs? Aswell the prices were unreasonably expensive for example water was 2,95€ (bottle which was so small that you got only one full glass) and we were given a bottle when the tap water would’ve been free. Okay my mistake not to order tap water but I think it’s quite unfair to just bring the crazy expensive water to the table without asking tap or bottle water. Sounds like fooling to me ...

But luckily the food was really tasty and taste was as good as it looks. Food 6/5 but everything else made the experience not that joinable:/

Super nice staff, not too crowded between lunch and dinner hours. Tried the truffle loaded fries and the sashimi, both of which were good. Would recommend the sashimi for those who miss fish, tasted fresh!

Nous avons goûté les sashimis, c'est bluffant! On dirait vraiment du saumon autant pour la texture que pour le goût et l'aspect même si c'est moins fort en goût que du vrai saumon.
Ils sont également très forts pour les sauces, elles sont toutes délicieuses !
Le chiken qu'ils mettent dans les burgers est également bluffant!
Bref, une adresse incontournable lorsqu'on va en Hollande, et j'espère que vous avez faim ;)

We had to queue to get in but it was definitely worth it! The vegan chicken was super crispy (the chips as well) and the VJFB dip was also so tasty. Go there for delicious comfort food!!

One of Amsterdam’s favourite vegan places, serving amazing vegan junkfood. Especially the kapsalon and the different bitterballs are outstanding. However, staff can be rather rude sometimes and on weekends you will probably have to wait for up to an hour because reservations are not possible.

Everybody I've talked to has raved about this place and I was so excited to go there and have been dreaming about it since we talked about going to Amsterdam. So the first night there we decide to go and get dinner there. There was a long line waiting to be seated(even though there were lots of open tables, so many just seated themselves even though it specifically said to wait until they seated you), then we sat at the table with the menu and got moved to 3 different tables and then waited 30 minutes to get out orders taken. The food took 45 minutes to arrive and was honestly such a let down. I got the kebab thing and it was just not mindblowing. It was fine, but I got the most realistic tasty kebab in Berlin 3 years ago(which I compare everything to) and this just was not even close. My mom got the chicken cesar salad and there was nothing cesar about that salad. The "chicken" was a nugget cut into pieces and the dressing was weird and not like it should be and the veggie part was just a let down also. The highlight was the tipsy unicorn drink. We never went again.

Undeniably a cool place, huge vegan menu, delicious food, but it took us close to 90 minutes to receive our burgers. 15€ for a burger is also very expensive.
