Delicious and informative - Edit
The guide was lovely and gave us a lot of tips and anecdotes, I liked the friendly atmosphere of the tour. The food was great, but maybe the dishes in the first restaurant were not very traditional (absolutely delicious nonetheless). We particularly loved the third stop, the best pistachio ice-cream I've ever had!

I recommend it to everyone - Edit
Lovely experience, we had a stroll around with a local guide and we had a really wonderful time with her. Me and my boyfriend were the only guests for that day, but the guide put us at our ease. We visited 3 places, the last one was just for desert and it was our favourite. However all the food was delicious honestly and it was a lot, so defenitely worth the price!

Traditional pizza and pasta - Edit
The food was all delicious, but the highlight was the traditional pasta and pizza restaurant. The desert was impressive as well and gluten free!

Useful tips and great food - Edit
Guide told us that there aren’t many fully vegan restaurants in town. Still, there’s a few good spots with vegan options. Those options, which you go to in this tour, are amazing and delicious. 100% recommended.

LOOOOOVED the food. That’s all. Everybody knows Rome and Italian food, so just know that there is a vegan option for anything! Super fun and friendly staff as well. And even during the tour, our guide was telling us other places to go for the next few days.

Delicious Italian typical food! - Edit
Apart from me and my girlfriend there were two other people from the U.S. and it was great to share the experience with them. We appreciated all the food proposed by the tour and the guide, Giulia, was very friendly and gave us plenty of explanations about the food and the city. Plus, she gave us a lot of tips in general and on how Italy can be pretty vegan friendly if you know what to look for.

Great Tour - Edit
Thoroughly enjoyed my personal vegan food tour with Elena. She was friendly and easy to talk to; her English was very easy to understand. We started with an aperitif of prosecco and appetizers at a hip place then walked to a small family-owned place for a filling main course. Lastly, we visited a vegan chocolatier for samples including cashew milk gelato - delish! When Elena found out that I was interested in seeing the churches in Rome, she fit in a couple of quick visits on our way. If you have the chance, book this tour!

Wonderful experience - Edit
I am so glad we booked in the end, I was with my mom and my little sister, they are not vegan, but they are trying to embrace this lifestyle more. This kind of experiences are the best, for me I can get everything vegan without worrying and omnivores got to try out delicious vegan food. It was perfect for my family and we talked a lot about veganism with the host of course, definitively interesting!

Solo tour - Edit
Unfortunately I was alone on the tour because someone bailed at the last moment, but I couldn’t change date, so I decided to have the tour alone. I have to say it was very nice anyway. The food was really tasty, and I loved that prosecco was included! The guide was thoughtful and knew how to bring ahead the conversation, so that it wasn’t awkward or uncomfortable. I am sure with a bigger group it’s even better.

Delicious Vegan Pizza - Edit
Great tour, the pizza we had was so delicious! Everything we had was amazing, but pizza was the thing I liked the most. It is not so easy to find a good vegan one.

Elena was a great guide, telling us all about eating vegan in Rome. The 3 restaurant's we visited had delicious food for us. Highlight was the pasta at the second restaurant but i believe what you are given to eat can vary. Highly recommend.

Afternoon Saver - Edit
Perfect for a rainy afternoon. You have to walk a bit but mostly you sit in restaurants. We booked at the last moment because we did not want to go around visiting monuments with that weather, maybe we were lucky, but they told us they were available for the tour right away. The food was delicious and very filling, I would recommend this for having a more relaxing evening.

Unforgettable Gelato - Edit
The food was great from the beginning to the end, especially the last place was wonderful. We tried some unique raw chocolate and the gelato was just amazing. There was a narrow choice of flavors unfortunately but the quality of it I’d say was higher than in any other ice-cream shop I know. I came back the following day to get another one!

great first night in Rome - Edit
We had a very enjoyable first night in Rome with our lovely guide who gave us an insight into vegan living in Rome and Italy. The tour was well organised, informative and the food was delicious and interesting. 3 separate restaurants to try, including some traditional Italian foods done the vegan way and a very unique raw chocolate and "ice-cream" cafe as the last stop. Highly recommend for both vegans, vegetarians and those who just want a try.

Definitely recommended - Edit
The food was very yummy, and even though it's not that difficult to find vegan restaurants or vegan options in Rome by yourself, having a vegan guide makes all the difference. It gave us an insight on the Italian vegan food and vegan situation in general. I found that interesting as a tourist for the first time in Italy.

We ate in 3 different places, but I was stuffed halfway through the second one. The pizza was so good! And nothing like the one I am used to eat back home.

Amazing pizza and lasagna! - Edit
Everything was so good! Especially the typical dishes we had in the second place and I was glad I could try a rich vegan pizza, not a simple marinara. Can’t wait to have another tour like this in Amsterdam.

The first tour you should have in Rome - Edit
It was a very nice way to spend our first afternoon in Rome, the food was delicious and very filling (so come hungry). I would recommend having the tour as soon as you can when you arrive, because the guide gave us a lot of advices and information about restaurants and food that were useful in the following days. Also, there is not as much walking as we expected, which is actually a good thing for us. There was however a lot of eating and chatting so it’s quite relaxing after a long flight.

Nice tour - Edit
Our guide was sweet. Many thanks to her😄
Read moreWe only visited 3 restaurants, not four as they say on the website. So it unfortunately wasn‘t that filling... We think they should change that on their website.
Still, it was a nice tour!

Great way to spend your time in Rome - Edit
My husband and I decided to try this vegan food tour for the first time, although we are not vegan. After this amazing tour, we can say for sure that vegan food can be so delicious!! Everything in our tour was great!! Our tour guide Marta was very informative and friendly, we all got to try excellent vegan dishes and sweets, right in the heart of Rome - Monti's neighbourhood near Coliseum. It was a really fun way to spend our time in Rome. We loved it!

Great ideia, new experiences and excellent time saver for a great afternoon - Edit
Best food tour I've been too so far. Large variety of foods mixed with stories about local culture and history about Vegan and Rome. It was just wonderful. So happy to have found this fun, educational, food filled tour with such a great tour guide like Marta. Not only did we stop by some fantastic food places in Rome you may not otherwise think to try but also the back stories of this places and how their vegan foods (and places themselves) played a role in Italy's history is fascinating. Worth every penny!!

An experience I won't forget! - Edit
This was a fun way to see the city and learn about the Vegan food in Rome. Marta, our tour guide, was great and offered a lot of information not only about the food but the history of Rome. This was a really cool way to experience something different while on vacation and meet some interesting travelers along the way. Our tour group were small and they were very interesting - we had a lot of interaction during this tour. Finally, about the food, I have only great things to say. The amount and the quality of it were perfect!! I can't wait to try this tour again in a different city!!

We had a great time at Monti's neighbourhood - Edit
Rome is an incredible city with so many history, so we decided to do a food tour. Thus, we could combine an opportunity to taste different kind of vegan food and also learn more about Rome's culture. And we were happy to do it, because our tour was in Monti's neighbourhood, one of the oldest and most central part in Rome - just near Colosseum!! Besides, our guide Marta, was very welcoming and sociable and also knew everything about Rome and vegan's cuisine. So, if you are travelling to Rome, you should definitely try it.
