Desayuno salvavidas - Edit

Gente agradable y buena comida 💚 - Edit

Good - Edit
I had high expectations based on previous reviews. The orange juice was good, but I wasn’t a big fan of the pancakes. In my opinion they looked better than they tasted. I would probably eat somewhere else before coming back here. The upstairs seating area was pretty cool.

Had a really nice lunch here of Enchiladas. But pricier than we have been paying in CDMX but worth it as food was tasty and flavoursome.

Best Chilaquiles! - Edit
Tiny hole in the wall restaurant not far from Museo de Arte Popular. Staff is friendly and makes fantastic hot chocolate. I ate here twice -- they best chilaquiles I've had ever - I had chocolate mole and my friend had verde. Super cute tiny space, very clean and friendly service.

Excellente - Edit
Amazingly wide range of options, I couldn’t decide, and want to come back to try more. I had the green enchiladas and my friend had the waffle chewbacca and both were 😋

Most menu items are between 90-150 pesos, so about mid range for Mexico City.

Fabulous place - Edit
My wife and I were in Mexico City for a conference and this was the only vegan place within walking distance and was still open when we were wanting dinner. I was worried that the food would be bland and tasteless. Oh was I wrong! Another couple recommended the enchiladas and my wife and I decided to get one of each, red and green. They were both AMAZING!! Over the following week, we were there at least 6 times for various meals. Not one disappointed us. My wife had the Chewbacca waffle twice. The three cheese pizza was out of this world!!

I loved the ambience of the place. The burrito I had ordered was very different from the ones I'd tried in the US. It was delicious and 10/10 I'd recommend this place

Lots of options but plain taste - Edit
It is one of those places that offers every kind of food, which can be nice! As a vegan, I always enjoy options. I went for enchiladas and my friend had the burrito and those were both quite plain for Mexican dishes.

Beautiful & Delicious - Edit
We had the flautas and oaxaca salad with added falafel. Both dishes were excellent and the portions just right for lunch. The flautas were filled with mushroom and came topped with cream, cheese, and lettuce plus some salsa on the side. The salad was fresh and colorful, and the falafel had a slightly chunky texture with lots of lemon in the mix.

Stayed in Centro and didn’t realise this place was there until last day. Menu includes pancakes and waffles. We went for the traditional Mexican food and it was great. Lovely spot

Do not order the burrito or Bali bowl - Edit
The burrito-with plain white rice, plain dry tvp and no sauce-was the blandest thing I've consumed while in CDMX. The dipping sauce had an off-putting sweet flavor. French fries were not crispy and weirdly flavored. The sweet potato fries just were not fries. Ketchup tasted weird? My girlfriend's Bali bowl's sauce was straight up plain soy sauce.
Read moreI'm forgiving of totally vegan places but I'm losing my appetite just recalling my experience here. I cannot fathom how this place is so highly regarded.
Service was good.

Did not like our orders. - Edit
We ordered Bali bowl, burrito, and fries . I only ate my Bali bowl so will comment on that.
Read moreThis bowl was completely raw, which is fine, except for the tofu. However the tofu wasn't done very well and wasn't tasty. The bowl came with a cup of soy sauce.
It was not tasty. If I had poured the entire cup of soy sauce in, it wouldn't have fixed it. I think a dish like this should've come with a more interesting sauce, instead of just a cup of soy sauce that the customer has to decide how much to add.
My bf did not like the burrito, similar complaints of lack of appropriate seasoning.
Fries were potato and sweet potato, sweet potato fries were not done well.
We didn't finish our food and didn't pack to takeaway, this almost never happens with us. #Veganuary
Pros: Vegan options , Nice vibe.
Cons: Didn't like our food.
