Supermarket and cute food place all in one - Edit
We ate...a donut, a brownie, Spinach and cheese filo pastry, vietnamese style spring rolls filled with fresh veg and the peanut butter smoothie.
Read moreThis place is great, we sat in the middle of all of their vegan produce, fresh frozen and cupboard food.
We ate while looking around at all of their products because there were so many, and many alternatives I had never seen before.
The food came quickly, was fresh and delicious. Don't really have anything bad to say, If we had been staying in Amsterdam it would have been a regular shopping trip for us!
Pros: You can eat and buy food for later!, Friendly staff, Quite central location

Vegabond is located in the heart of Amsterdam and offers a great selection of vegan eats. We went twice, very fresh! It's not much of a sit down place, but there are a few scattered seats & tables. The grocery selection is phenomenal.

I love the healthy product and food section that is available on the walls. As for the food, I came every day for the smoothies, wraps, and sandwiches. Really simple yet delicious with plenty of raw veggies.

What a lovely joint! Everything is full vegan. And as well as a cafe with a menu and cabinet they sell some grocery goods such as snacks as chocolates, bars, chips, tofu, cheeses, ice creams, whipped cream, beauty foods, cook books etc etc. the menu has healthy options such as spelt bread with cashew cheese and rocket and tomatoes which was lovely!

The food was amazing, normal pricing and many things to buy in the store. I went twice, both great experiences. I totally recommend it! The only reason I give it four stars is because they don't have many options in the menu and they didn't serve hot coffee. But still their options are great!

This place is perfect for a quick lunch. The food was amazing and we actually went here for lunch both days we were in Amsterdam. I tried the spring rolls and the wrap which were super delicious. But the absolute best by far was the green peanut smoothie!

Friendly people here at this all vegan spot. Lunch was delicious and a must get is the raw snickers bar for dessert. The little market area is great to grab snacks for your travels too.

This was the first vegan place we tried in Amsterdam in 2016. Been there about 15 times since then. Consistently good quality wraps, smoothies and desserts. Recently renovated. They also have a good selection of vegan groceries.

Tried the rice paper summer rolls with avocado, veggies, coriander and sesame, which were accompanied by a pretty spicy dressing. The raw 'snickers' bar was very delicious. They also have a huge variety of veggie products that you can buy, which is pretty impressive. All in all, a great experience.

Les encas sont très bons, mais c'est de petites portions pour être considérées comme un repas. J'ai pris le wrap (6,5€) et le peanut smoothie (4€ et teeeellement bon !!!) je pense que le smoothie (très lourd faut se l'avouer) m'a permit d'être calée.

We visited this shop a few times while in Amsterdam. They have fantastic food, both the lunches and the pastries. My husband loved the donuts and I enjoyed the banana bread. It was also nice to be able to pick up a few things while we were traveling, they carry Tofurkey brand there! The people who work there are also very nice.

Ordered a doughnut and spelt toast with cashew "cheese". Absolutely incredible taste and very fresh. The doughnut in particular was well worth the walk to this part of Amsterdam. I also bought vegan Stroopwafel (Dutch waffle biscuits with syrup) to bring home since the cafe has a small vegan food store. In total I spent €13. Would definitely return.

Their sandwiches with artisan vegan cheese are to die for! Small place, but in a great setting (big window facing a small canal). Staff is always friendly. A good place to combine a light meal with some (vegan) shopping. Tip: get the pecan praline ice cream from their frozen section (it will blow your mind!) :)

What a treasure! We found this place by accident. Lovely staff! Great options for shopping for grocery/pantry items. DELICIOUS food! It was tea time so we had one of each of the savory items for our large party of five. We went back for seconds. The cupcakes were heavenly! The one thing I didn't care for was the donut. It has been awhile since I had one so maybe I am not the best person to review it, but it was very greasy. No one in my party cared for it. But those cupcakes!!!
