All Vegan Weekdays - Edit
My go-to spot for a lovely lunch during or after work! Everything on their lunch menu and daily special board are vegan. Anything not vegan on their weekend brunch can most likely be made vegan. They serve eggs upon request and in their weekend dishes.
Read moreThe staff is super friendly and the cafe is a pretty place to just hang out with your friends.
Note, the water is self serve.

Amazing! - Edit
Truly an amazing spot to go to! The energy is welcoming, staff is super helpful. Ordered the French toast - hands down the best French toast I’ve ever ate! The toppings were a great touch. Make sure to order an iced latte with cinnamon and soy milk while you’re at it, as a coffee lover it hit the spot for me. 14/10 would recommend and already planning on coming back :)

It’s Vegan (yay!), but they do have a side order of eggs available on the menu. Otherwise pretty good.

Lentils are undercooked in the soup and in general.

This is a beautiful new restaurant with an all vegan menu except for an optional egg. Gorgeous, trendy surroundings, lovely service and amazing food. The summer crepe was absolutely stunning. We're so glad we decided to come to this place whilst in transit between Tahoe and Burlingame.

First time having the impossible burger - it was lighter than I expected and very tasty. Had it Western BBQ style. Cozy place with very friendly staff, ton of options and Kombucha on tap. Only non-vegan item is an optional fried egg.

Everything about this place! - Edit
I love the location, atmosphere, decor, vibe, and the staff here. But most importantly, the food is soooo good and all vegan! I never thought I’d have a crepe again in my life but the vegan crepe was excellent! Great ginger guacamole too and great specials. It was hard to decide what to order so I’ll have to just keep going back! Will definitely be hitting up brunch sometime soon for vegan French toast.

Threes a charm!! - Edit
We flew in from Philadelphia and stopped here with family. We came back before we left and after finding out our flight got cancelled came back for our final visit. We’ve tried everything on the menu and we love it all. My favorite were the crepes and the special of either Brussel sprout salad or the pesto kale salad. We don’t do desserts but I’m sure their amazing. Remember, EVERYTHING IS VEGAN!! Yeah baby!!

Super cute with lots of character but
Read moreI had the falafel burger-GOOD
Sweet potato chips n ginger guac-very tasty
Lentils n Rice-SUPER dry and crunchy
We asked why the lentils were sooo dry and the server mentioned they shouldn’t be served alone but with a curry gravy. They should probably suggest that when you order because it was not edible. She brought us two types of sauce to add after inquiring which made them at least edible.
Customer service was sooo good. Our server was extra sweet and attentive.
I’ll definitely return for the burger and chips!

Delicious food; kind, relaxed service - Edit
I was living on iceberg lettuce and potato meals at work meetings so went to grab dinner and next-day lunch. The falafel burger was very good, as was the heirloom tomato salad. Got pudding to go which took awhile but was legit delicious. I was a little stressed because I was a little pressed for time. Waitstaff couldn't be nicer. I highly recommend when you have at least an hour to enjoy a meal.

Go to Veg for the crepe of a lifetime! - Edit
Since my spouse and I have been vegans for since 1991 and 1991 respectively, we cannot remember the last time we had a crepe. However, we went to Veg after the theater and we were in heaven. We had a fantastic meal and the summer crepe was so delicious. Made with chick pea flour and thin as only a crepe can be, filled with summer veggies. The peach cobbler was also wonderful. In addition, there is a vanilla, cocoa and chili pepper--the Diabla tea that is disarmingly delicious--that touch of chili pepper creating a kick. We were served by a charming and charismatic young woman named Soul--a perfect name to complement her personality. I definitely recommend this place.

Delicious food, lovely atmosphere - Edit
We had an early dinner here tonight after a long day of driving. We started with a vegetable noodle soup that was slightly thickened with butternut squash. The thick, curly noodles and Thai/Indian seasoning made it special. We then shared the vegetable curry of the day and a warm aloo gobi salad, each of which had a perfect blend of complex spices. We shared a bread pudding topped with vanilla bean gelato and coconut whipped cream for dessert. It was exquisite! The atmosphere was peaceful, and the service was attentive. Our server even noticed that I had put my jacket over my shoulders and immediately went to close the window near us. We have been vegans for a long time and we've eaten in many vegan restaurants. This place is definitely a cut above the average, with creative food, friendly service, and reasonable prices. Everything on the menu is vegan except for one dish that has an (optional) fried egg on top.

Bright and Beautiful - Edit
My favorite interior for downtown lunch spots. Great decor and lots of light. The food was excellent with special mention for the sweet potato chips and ginger guacamole. Really liked the falafel burger too. Great coffee drinks finished off our meal including easy substitution of nut milks. This place is a fav lunch spot but due to their growing popularity, and small number of staff, weekday lunchtimes can sometimes involve a bit of patience. If you aren't in a hurry and don't mind asking for things more than once, you're sure to be pleased. Hoping they staff up a little as popularity solidifies.

Great Sunday Bruch - Edit
Excellent restaurant. The Sunday Brunch menu was entirely vegan except one item because it had a fried egg on top. I had the curry plate with a yummy cashew/coconut milk cream sauce. The sevice was excellent. Nice space too with sunlight coming in through the windows. The restaurant is on the second floor above the Thai restaurant. I am going back to try their lunch menu.

Good food at reasonable prices! - Edit
We stopped by Veg, expecting food similar to Baagan in Rocklin (another restaurant featuring ayurvedic food). We thought the food was quite different and better than the other place in Rocklin. The aloo tikki (potato cakes) were well flavored and accompanied by a zingy sauce; the sangria was light and great for our hot Sacramento summer days. The veggie crepe had good flavors and a little spice; the falafel burger was just as tasty as Mother's nut burger but didn't fall apart on you. All of our food was vegan and all of it was delicious. Can't wait to go back!!!
