Amazing burgers, soups and bowls! - Edit
I always visit the Mercato Centrale when I‘m in Florence and I‘ve never been disappointed. The ambiente is great and there are a lot of tasty options like burgers, bowls, soups, wok, juices and so on. Would highly recommend!

I had a burger, fries, and a juice, which I paid 15€ for. None of it was really nice and the fries were so dry I didn't eat them. I would not go there again, but maybe rather make more of an effort to find a vegan option at the other shops in the food hall next time ...

Non ci vado da un paio di anni ma prima andavo spesso quando capitavo per Firenze, l’unica pecca però da quel che vedo I burger sono sempre tutti gli stessi rispetto qualche anno fa. Sarebbe bello vedere delle novità!

The staff was really open& friendly. i took potato wedges with vegan lemon garlic sauce& a small bowl (rice topped with 4 chosen ingredients). they have delicious black rice (also white one) for the base. as toppings you can choose different veggies & other delicious options& sauce (try the soy one).

btw: for the potato wedges they even have VEGAN CHEESE (first time i‘ve seen this in italy)
they also have vegan burgers, but i didn‘t try any of those. but i‘ll be back for sure.
Pros: nice& healthy vegan options, very friendly staff, being able to choose all the ingredients

Absolutely the worst veggie burger I’ve ever had😒the paddy sort of disintegrates into a powder as you eat it, my husband’s burger is the same. We can finish almost anything but we absolutely can’t eat this, really unfortunate for 9€!

We had a vegan burger, potatoes with olive oil and an orange juice . I am not a big burger fan but it had vegan options so we ate there. Burger was sloppy and messy to eat. Potatoes were good. I specifically ordered a plain orange juice - not one of the pre packaged ones that came with carrot and ginger. I specifically asked for no ginger. It came with a strong ginger flavor and in a plastic cup with a straw. Very environmentally unfriendly and tasted disgusting.

the food is alright, if youre looking for a burger this one will surely hit the spot to some extent. i only wish the potatoes were crispier, the burger patty a bit more flavourful and containing some greens! the juice was yummy though.

The burger was dry and falling apart when I ate it. Took a menu and got potato wedges with but those were burnt to charcoal and so salty. Atleast the juice was good, but definitely not worth 15€.

Nothing really special or innovative - apart from the fact that they can serve your dish in a big bowl made out of bread which diminishes the plastic waste you'd normally produce after your meal.

Read moreIt was in a big pot on the stove which the server heated up and took ~10minutes so I’m guessing for each person ordering the soup it would all be reheated and then allowed to cool again? In my mind this isn’t the best practice and probably isn’t great for the taste.
But it was perfectly tasty tomato soup very simple and did the trick.

I asked for a Pineapple, Apple and Blueberry juice I though it was fresh.. Too bad the juice was pre made and I swear it tasted like a Tropicana Apple juice. When I enquired about the juice, the servers mentioned the juice was like that and “there is nothing we can do about it” in these words. I don’t mean to be a pest giving them a bad review, but I travel all over the world and I rely on Happy Cow to find the best eateries, and since my experience was bad here, I want to alert the others fellow users.

Nice little stall inside Mercato Centrale, I opted for the special burger menu, consisting of a vegan burger, roast potatoes and fresh juice. I ordered the New Casablanca Burger, a chickpea patty with pistachio hummus, lemon mayo and fennel. I quite liked it, even though it lacked some character. The roast potatoes were OK but nothing exceptional, while the juice was nice and refreshing. They also serve big salads which seemed very fresh. Overall a nice place to chill out while visiting the covered market stall.

Honestly... I didn't like it at all. I had the arzillo burger which was way to spicy. I could hardly taste anything else. I scraped some of the sauce off . The patty was very plain and the vegetables not tasty at all. The potatoes that came with it were good only some of them were burned. I regret i payed 10 euros for this meal. I hope their soups are nice because they looked very good.
