Fantastic - Edit
Traveled to a conference and stopped by this wonderful place for dinner. COLIN was our waiter and he was great he answered all questions we asked before we ordered., and often checked in to make sure that we our dining experience was enjoyable.Everything about this experience was superb. I was seated quickly. The food presentation was top-notch, and it just gave great vibes. I would definitely encourage anyone who is in Philadelphia to check out this spot.

Fine dining at its best - Edit
You can tell that they know what they're doing. The food is made to perfection, full of flavor and creativity. Every bite got a "wow" out of us. The cocktails were amazing as well. Dishes are small, as expected from this kind of place. Expensive, but very recommended.

Outstanding - Edit
Simply spectacular combination of flavors, textures, and cuisines. The arepa pancake with black garlic and heirloom tomatoes was a notable standout, but every single plate we tried was truly delicious. Even my husband (who is non-veg) was blown away by the quality of the food - especially the vegan desserts.

Exceptional by any standard - Edit
The cuisine, service and space are exceptional. The flavors are remarkable and literally require a pause and moment to take them all in. The desserts, too, are divine. We’ve been to Vedge several times and have brought family and friends many of those times. Everyone is as impressed as we always are. Will be back again and again.

Dessert was lovely! - Edit
Only went for dessert but the Pistachio Budino was divine and the Fennel Upside Down cake w/ Earl Grey ice cream was also a good choice! We sat at the bar and the atmosphere was great. Would definitely go back to try their dinner options.

Maybe the best vegan restaurant I've ever been to - Edit
Wow. Every dish we got was a nice little surprise to see, and then to taste. Very creative and delicious! We wanted to try everything, but a few dishes stood out like the fondue and mushrooms, and our waiter made some excellent recommendations for other dishes that went well with what we ordered (and were fresh and new to the menu). Looks like they have a cookbook you can order online which I need! The cocktails and mocktails were great too. Definitely a good spot for a special occasion!

Loved the ambience and great savoury dishes . The fregola was standout taste as was the grilled avocado. Less so for the marinated tofu. Great drinks

Phenomenal - Edit
We appreciated that Vedge offered a limited menu because it made choosing a little easier. All dishes are small-medium plates, so definitely plan on at least two dishes per person if you’re hungry. We tried the carrot rillettes, portobello carpuccio, Dan Dan noodles, fregola, and the fennel upside down cake. All were well seasoned and unforgettably delicious except for the fregola, which was underseasoned and bland.

A renewed appreciation of Vegetables - Edit
Vedge provides a true culinary artistry to every-day produce. The changing menu will certainly keep me coming back for more. Yes , they do make "smaller" portioned entrees than the average restaurant. Take their advice and order/share a few different plates.

Earned it's reputation - Edit
Vedge is one of the most elegant vegan restaurants out there. In my opinion it not only competes with fine dining in NYC, but beats it. The menu is always fresh and unique with incredible cocktails. There is a reason it is more than locally recognized!

Wish I could give it 10 stars - Edit
This place really deserves its reputation as one of the premier vegan restaurants in the US. I was in the area for work and couldn’t pass up the opportunity to finally visit (on the company’s dime lol). I had the fondue and grilled tofu, both of which were absolutely incredible. The cocktails, service, and toffee pudding were also top notch. This was definitely one of my favorite dining experiences ever

Excellent high end vegan - Edit
First off, we have been here many times. We have been to Vedge for special occasions or just dinner with friends. The food is excellent and creative. You can try many small dishes and the restaurant has a cool vibe and is in a neat building. I think it would be hard to walk away disappointed. That said, you need to be realistic. Vedge has won many awards and received exceptional rankings as a top vegan restaurant. It is in fact an excellent restaurant, which is not cheap, but also not the most expensive place either. I cannot say it is the best vegan I have had ever. It is absolutely a top destination for us (considering it is an hour away and we have been numerous times), but if you go in expecting your mind to be blown you won’t get the most out of the experience. Go in expecting a great meal, lots of options, very good service and you will be very pleased.

A Bit Disappointed - Edit
Supposedly one of the best vegan places in the world - so we had high hopes. The food was definitely good, just don't think it was worth all the hype. We eat at Millennium in Oakland, CA frequently, so we compared it to that, which wins on warmth and overall dining experience. This place was just a little too precious. Also, the waiter suggested 4-6 plates for the two of us, which was way too much (and we have good appetites). Four would have been plenty. Overall, good, competent vegan food, glad the place exists, but not worth a trip back.

We just ate at Plant, in Asheville, also in the high-end vegan category. (We are on a 7-month road trip, trying to hit them all). Plant was amazing, in the Millennium category. Warm and inviting (small) place, great food.
