All vegan buffet style with lots of warm stews and currys and a big selection of condiments. The food here is always filling and very healthy too. Always a good place to stop for lunch.

We discovered this cosy restaurant thanks to Happy Cow :-). Food is imaginative and exquisite and you get really good quality for what it costs (certainly in such an expensive city as London) Buffet type, u choose how much u wanna eat and pay. The juices are also recommended. You can take away as well.

Gorgeous restaurant like a little oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of Oxford Street. Great quality food (try the raw lasagne), decent staff. Also love the seating, natural wood.

Affordably Good Food in the City - Edit
It is located super near the tube station with a wide variety of home-style cooking. The potential allergens are clearly labelled, and almost all the dishes are vegan! they also make and serve their own kombucha.

I've had a lot of great meals in Vantra, they always had fresh salads, delicious curries and stews etc., lots of choice and something for everyone. However, on a recent visit, I was really unimpressed with the selection. The desserts were still great, but the savoury food was not good. Far too much focus on fermented foods, some of which genuinely smelt and tasted like barf. It was really unappetising and very disappointing. I'll be wary in the future :/

Ok I've been really disappointed about London's vegan food there is options for us but it's mostly terrible, and I've been to almost all of them, thus place is nice, fresh and inexpensive, the food is a well prepared home style food, nothing too fancy but is amazing, I'm quite pleased with the experience, I finally can highly recommend a place in London, I am a vegan chef so I'm very picky this place is good I paid 6 pounds for a large box that I can fill with a variety of foods, very nice :)

This restaurant has one of the best atmospheres I have ever experienced, it's very well decorated and really stands out when you walk past it. It's very well located in Central London, you cannot miss it. Their buffet has a great selection and their desserts are amazing. Their food is packed with flavour which is a bit much for me but most people love it!

If you like to try a bit of everything (like me) then you'll love Ventra Edens self serve boxes. There's an array of hot and cold food, all vegan, but so good it would make anyone's mouth water. I was impressed by almost all their offerings, highlights included the mousaka, stroganoff and vegetable parsnip noodles.
Read moreVegan deserts can often be dry or bitter, but their ganash chocolate cake is creamy and melt in the mouth. The only potential down side is the seating area is open air, so check the fickle British weather before you go. But I had a wonderful time eating great food with the sun on the back of my neck today!
