A specialty coffee shop that also serves cold pressed juices, smoothies and (made-in-house gaufre) which consists only of whole grain flour, olive oil, salt and water, which is either salty (with tofu, avocado or mushrooms) or sweet (with fruits) toppings. All products are made with fresh ingredients and prepared on the spot. To-go cups are fully recyclable; made from plants. Bio soy and almond milk available for coffee and/or hot chocolate. Waffles are amazing! - Edit
Only to options - one vegan (with tofu and avocado - it’s quite spicy so if you don’t like spicy food ask to be a bit less spicy) and one vegetarian (with mascarpone cheese but we asked to replace mascarpone with fruit and got amazing waffles with strawberries).

yummy waffles and good coffee - Edit
The waffles were vegan and amazing! I tried the tofu and avocado one and fruit one and they were both really yummy! The coffee is good too. They have soya milk!
