We enjoyed a meal that even my omnivore friend said was the best meal we’d had on this trip. The chilled tomato soup included avocado slices and soft vegan cheese (similar to fresh mozzarella). The hummus had a smokey chorizo that really added to the flavor. The croquettes were just right—crispy on the outside and creamy inside. But the highlight was the chocolate walnut torte. The cake was moist without being heavy and the topping was light and creamy. Totally delicious!

Delightful vegetarian and vegan restaurant in Santiago - Edit
This delightful place is right at the top of the lovely Rua de San Pedro. It is well worth a visit. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, explaining the menu and (correctly) suggesting we choose 3 dishes to share between the 2 of us. All of it was delicious and very filling - 3 types of hummus with warm pitta, spinach croquettes with a delicious sauce and spicy vegan sausage on toast. The drinks were excellent too - delicious cocktails (non alcoholic and alcoholic). Very cosy and welcoming atmosphere. Recommend!

Menu is colour coded for vegan or veggie. I had the quesadillas and some vegan carrot cake. All delicious. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Decor is bright and fun, relaxed place.

Unfortunately, galicia is not vegetarian friendly. All bars and restaurants are specialised in cadavers... but this place saves Santiago! Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, great food... the burger is supertasty, and the carrot cake was simply the best one I've ever had in my life! Super recommended!

Fuimos a comer un día un poco por casualidad y quedamos encantados. Todo en la carta (salvo dos cosas) es vegano o veganizable, las raciones están bien de tamaño y todo está riquísimo.

The place has a nice atmosphere. After 8pm the lights are dimmed and there's candle on the tables. The chocolate& walnut cake was one of the best vegan cakes I've ever had. Well done guys!

We ordered burger, grilled vegetables, smoothie and nougat cake. They gave us a complimentary starter, and all the food was very good. The bread of the burger was soft, warm balanced with very nice subtle crust. Burger patty had perfect texture and wasn't too dry. Grilled vegetables sounds like a boring dish but it tasted very very good: not too oily and exactly the right crunch. Twelve points. And the cake for desert even had vegan whipped cream. Simply awesome!

Toda la comida está deliciosa y muy elaborada. Al no tratarse de un local totalmente vegano, el personal siempre pregunta si lo eres para recomendarte los platos veganos de la carta o veganizar otros para ti. El local es muy agradable y los chicos que lo llevan encantadores.

La comida es deliciosa y se nota que cuidan cada detalle, los platos están muy bien elaborados. Cambian el menú semanalmente y casi todas las opciones son veganas o veganizables. El local es muy bonito y acogedor y el personal es siempre super agradable y simpático. La única pega es el precio: sale un poco caro comer allí dado que los platos son de tapas pero no bajan de los 6€ cada una.
