Il non plus ultra dello street food da asporto! Idea geniale di chef Tano che crea un panino al lampredotto vegetale di un gusto mondiale! Oltre a questo ha creato anche il Triip (trippa vegana) la Sguancia (peposo vegano) e I'Francesino (lesso vegano) tutti serviti dentro ad un pane cosmico e delle salse incredibilmente gustose. The best you can get in Firenze - Edit
If you are vegan but don’t wanna miss the traditional cuisine of Florence, do not look further. Seitanotto has the typical “lampredotto” and the “trippa” in their best possible (and cruelty free) form! And the whole meal becomes a real experience, since it is not a restaurant we’re talking about: the really more than friendly chef Tano will send you the panini you wish through a basket attached on a rope from his 2nd floor balcony and you can eat either in the designated area in front of the balcony (a flower bet with a little wall to sit on) or take it away. Seitanotto stratosferico, pane fragrante, salsa verde sfiziosa, un esplosione di sapori combinati con estrema cura, e..... se non ci si sbrodola, l'esperienza non è completa! Buona anche l' opzione con la trippa.

Una fermata da Tano è obbligatoria se si visita la città, specialmente perché Firenze è la patria del lampredotto e sapere di mangiare un prodotto che richiama la tradizione in modo esplicito e squisitamente vegetale senza infliggere per forza sofferenza ai fornitori della materia prima, non ha prezzo.

Ricetta segreta a base di tre ingredienti uno dei quali da economia circolare legata al recupero dei fondi di caffè sul tessuto Fiorentino. Si chiama Sei-Tanotto gioco di parole con il mio soprannome ...Sei TANOTTO o Lampredotto? di seitan ne abbiamo meno del 10mpercento vale a dire 19 grammi che serve per ricreare parte delle consistenze a presto!
