Nice spot for beer and vegan pub food options. - Edit
Staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The food was ok. Over fried a bit and didn’t seem very fresh. Overall it was enjoyable.

Brie Grilled Cheese - Edit
The Brie grilled cheese with mushrooms and Brussels was amazing! The tomato soup was so tasty and fresh as well. Beer was delicious. Will be coming back to try the vegan options, I just can’t resist anything with Brie.

Great service - Edit
Great place with outdoor seating, mostly a beer place but they offer the impossible burger and vegan corn dogs which were really big. Fries were good with separate vegan fryer (they said) and they also said they will soon have vegan tacos and more options soon! They impossible burger had vegan cheese (mozzarella):)

Good but not worth the money - Edit
I had the vegan corn dogs and the vegetarian beer cheese soup. I have to say the soup was delicious! I loved the soup! The corn dogs we're very greasy and overly battered. The fries that came with it we're pretty yucky too. I've honestly had better french fries at McDonalds. The customer service was good though.

Great service and beer! - Edit
Such a nice spot to stop for a beer after a long hike. We got the seitan wings and the buffalo pizza. LOVED the pizza - delicious and fluffy crust with good buffalo flavor. Would probably pass on the wings next time as they were very chewy and a bit hard to eat. Very friendly staff and great beer!

Will return - Edit
I am on the search for perfect "sweet bbq wings" vegan alternatives. I saw on FB that this place had seitan wings and drove 20 minutes out of the way to give them a try. The texture of the wings was great but I wasnt a fan of the bbq sauce or vegan ranch. Luckily I have the Kite brand ranch dip I used which is the best dairy free ranch I have found so far. I will continue the search for a good BBQ sauce to suit my personal preferences. Also the sweet potato fries with the Trinity sauce were amazing! I will be going back at some point to try their other foods.

Strong menu - Edit
Almost half the menu is vegan. Wings with Trinity sauce are my jam. The vegan ranch is spot on also. I've only been happy with about 15% of the beers I've had from them.

The beer is fantastic but my friends and I got a few different vegan choices and they were all so over fried and burnt... we ended up eating the fries for the whole meal.

Excruciatingly long wait for food - Edit
I was supremely excited to try this place given both the diversity of options on the menu and the quality of dishes filtering from the kitchen as we walked in. However, our family was essentially ignored for the duration of our visit. It took upwards of 15 minutes to get a drink order placed. And a half hour beyond just to order lunch.
Read moreAll in all it was well over 1 1/2 hours before any food materialized.
My wife at one point attempted to order food from the bar and was immediately rebuffed. After being reassured our server would be with us momentarily another 10 minutes passed before someone completely new stopped by.
All and all an extremely frustrating, painful and disappointing experience.
HappyCow sticker prominently displayed on door. Would ask them to remove if I ran this app. Very poor representation of what should be promoted by the platform. I have visited several places based on HappyCow recommendations and it was bad enough to get me to register and write this review.
Cons: Poor customer service, No service recovery

Something for Everybody - Edit
Trinity Brewing is a little place off Garden if the Gods. From the outside it looks like a little store in a strip mall but inside is actually a restaurant and bar. The decor is really neat, I love the arch doorway made from books. It’s not a huge place so it feels like some tables are crammed in places but it doesn’t feel claustrophobic. We had great service even though it was a busy Saturday night. The menu has clearly marked vegan options as well as vegetarian and carnivore. I had the vegan tacos and my omnivore boyfriend had the philly-cheese steak mac which he said he enjoyed. We also got some fries and home made ketchup and vegan ranch (both were great). I enjoyed my tacos (made from Impossible burger) but they weren’t anything special. It came with a vegan cilantro lime cream sauce that I ordered on the side. I usually don’t like cilantro but the sauce was actually surprisingly good. The tacos were also served with black beans. The meal would have felt more complete with a side of rice as well. I do not drink alcohol but if I did I’d be pretty impressed with the selection. All and all it was a good restaurant and offered something for everyone. I will be returning soon to try the vegan burger.

Problem: too many vegan options - Edit
I didn't think I'd ever day this about a restaurant that isn't entirely vegan but here I am saying it: too Manu options to choose from! I wanted to try everything and couldn't. Tried the vegan hot wings, quinoa sliders, and corn dogs. All were really good. Lots lots more options.

Awesome food/beer. Inconsistent Service - Edit
I love Trinity and have been coming since before becoming a vegan. The beers are great and there is a huge selection. I always get the seitan wings and my wife gets the vegan corn dogs /w curry ketchup. I've also tried the quinoa sliders. My dad (who has openly protested my veganism) has also become a fan of the wings. The waitstaff is slow and doesn't have dedicated servers for each table. They also don't wear any type of uniform so it can be hard to refill your beer or order food.

wishing for better in the future - Edit
we frequented this establishment when it first opened. we hadn't been in awhile. the food had not been as good as remembered, it was more like bar-food than the restaurant quality it was before.
Read morethe waitstaff is always kind, but our waiter dropped an entire arm-full of dirty dishes next to our table, which splattered ketchup all over my 5 year olds face, shirt, pants...he did not assist in grabbing us a cloth to clean up with...he did not rush to sweep up all the broken pieces of plates on the floor surrounding out table. (I understand that this was a mistake and likely did not happen to anyone else) but we had small children at the table and my husband and i were cleaning off the floor bc we had to if we wanted it SAFE.
Pros: local vegan food options, good beers, outdoor seating
Cons: staff is kind but useless, limited options, bar-food, not menu worthy

Best vegan friendly brewery. - Edit
I definitely would have to say that Trinity is my favorite local brewery if I am intending to go and enjoy a meal with my beer. I love the jackfruit sandwich. It is NOMworthy. I actually think Trinity was the first place I ever had jackfruit. I was so incredibly impressed with it. Next time I go, I will definitely try the vegan wings and corndog just to see what it is like.

pretty good - Edit
Food: 7. I had the bbq jackfruit sandwich with fries, and my boyfriend had the vegan corndogs and fries. Our food was good but not great. I was disappointed that there were only about 4 vegan appetizers (fries, sweet potato fries, seitan wings, corndogs) and 1 vegan entree (the jackfruit). there were a lot of vegetarian items that may have been able to be modified, but I didn't try to do that. I had a strawberry beer, which was good.

Good beers and food, iffy service - Edit
As far as the beers go, they're one of the best microbrews in town. The vegan labeled menu options are both appreciated and delicious.
Read moreMy only issue with them has been and continues to be their service, both in terms of attentiveness and the customer service itself. The ego of the owner, from antagonistic Twitter comments to comment censoring on Facebook, does not encourage my repeated patronage.
The bottom line is, this place can be simply great if they sure up how they treat their customers. Until then, I only give them a half-hearted endorsement.
Pros: Vegan-labeled, tasty food, High quality, local beer
Cons: Lackluster service, Pricey

Love this Place! - Edit
I'm surprised this place doesn't have better reviews (even considering it isn't all veg). They have a variety of vegan and vegetarian options that are clearly marked on their menu. I found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable, the food to be good (I'm a sucker for any kind of vegan buffalo wing), and the parking to be easy. This is a great option in a conservative town.

Not Gluten-Free Friendly - Edit
Now I know this is a place for veggie food, not gluten-free, so I won't rate them based on that, I just know I'm not the only gluten-free vegan out there, so if you're like me, don't waste your time - there is little to nothing here for you.
Read moreThat said, I want a few times in years past before I realized it was a gluten allergy that was making me miserable, and the food was decent. The menu is clearly marked with vegan and vegetarian options, and their beer is quite good.
If you go, expect pub food, a bit heavy and greasy, which is sometimes just what you want.
I noticed another reviewer said their menu has recently changed, so that might be something to look into. I'm going off of the last time I ate there.
Pros: Vegan/Vegetarian clearly marked, Good microbrews, Nice pub atmosphere
Cons: Little to no gluten-free options
