Serves meat, vegan options available. Trattoria in a traditional trulli house providing organic cuisine with focus on seasonal vegetables. Souces from its organic garden (menu semina, menu raccolta, menu aratura). Could ask for pasta dish without cheese.

Beautiful restaurant, excellent staff, and a big emphasis on vegetables! - Edit
The restaurant itself is tucked into a quiet side street in an otherwise quite busy Alberobello. We arrived shortly before the end of lunch service, and due to our own time constraints we weren't able to enjoy the full Puglian vegetable degustation, however the staff were so accomodating and were able to make us some vegan versions of the vegetarian pastas.
Read moreWe ordered the spirali pasta with artichoke cream and fried artichokes; and were gifted some dark chocolate coated nuts (vegan) as a post meal snack. Both were excellent.
The friendly and accomodating staff, and the general vibe of the restaurant were top tier.
Must visit if visiting Alberobello.
Pros: Beautiful restaurant, Friendly and accommodating staff, Vegetable centric Puglian food
Cons: Not many default vegan a la carte options

Vegetables galore! - Edit
We really enjoyed our two dinners here. Food was healthy, fresh, and delicious. Service was warm and friendly. They grow most of their veggies and even have a garden on the property. The setting is rustic, cozy, and intimate. The tiered menu is perfect. You have three options: 1) veggie courses only, 2) option 1 plus a pasta course, and 3) option 1 and 2 plus a meat course. They didn't have any vegan options for the meat course, which was understandable. But really the veggie courses and the pasta were plenty food. Our veggie courses consisted of two small soups, a few fresh-tasting salads, and some small apps. Most of them were already vegan, and the kitchen gladly veganized the ones that weren't. We lost count of how many dishes there were in total because they just kept coming! Highly recommended when you're in the area.

Lovely meal - Edit
My husband and I shared the “vegetable experience” with 2 mains. They were easily able to veganize everything. We really enjoyed the pretty garden setting and all the fresh, tasty food! Would highly recommend for a healthy, plant forward meal.

What a find! - Edit
Such a magical setting, beneath the vines growing overhead and with peppers, aubergines, tomatoes etc. growing at your feet. Superbly friendly and welcoming staff AND 90-something percent organic and locally grown. We had the ‘vegetable tasting experience’ consisting of about 11 hot and cold vegetable dishes (many of them vegan so you could ask for it to be 100% vegan if not dining with a non-vegan as I was) and a main course each - the wholewheat local pasta with tomato sauce was plain and simple but so tasty. Excellent and extremely reasonably priced local wine too. So glad we visited.

Cons: Also serves meat, You need to remember to book
