We are travelers and we often go to different cities and check the food that they city has to offer. We chose this place thinking that we were going to have a great experience. Unfortunately, the girl that helped us was very rude, unkind and made us feel unwelcome. Things went wrong: we asked her kindly what she recommends for someone who is allergic to soy and gluten. She just rolled out her eyes; when we said that it was our first time here. Then, we asked her for some food to go and couple things to eat there. She didn’t listen to what I asked she gave me everything to go. Then, we left, by the time we got to the hotel we realized that our order was wrong. We called the manager, they apologized and told us that next time we are in New York, they will invite us to dinner. I hope this situation is being taking care of and all employees from this place are nice and kind to our vegan community.
