This place is amazing! - Edit
Super friendly staff and really yummy food. My partner and I always want to eat different kinds of things, but this completely satisfied us both. Portobello burger is the best I’ve had in years! We didn’t get any pastries, but they looked amazing, too. Will definitely come back!

Great Tofu Scramble! - Edit
Very good tofu scramble with lovely Sourdough toast and sausage... had a homemade chai... could have had a little more flavor but very good simple vegan breakfast!

Delicious! - Edit
I have been to The Wild Oat since they've opened in 2018 and they have improved A LOT. They have a great menu selection of sweet baked goods and savory sandwiches even non-vegans will enjoy. Their French dip and Philly cheeze steak sandwiches are my favs!

nice find in Bellingham - Edit
It was great to find a vegan restaurant in the heart of Bellingham. I had the Grilled Smokey Turky sandwich, and my companion had the Fysh Fillet sandwich. The portions were generous, and the food very tasty and filling. Definitely comfort food!

WOW, fantastic food! - Edit
The drive to Bellingham is well worth the delicious food served up at Wild Oak. We ordered the Grilled cheese on sourdough with the potato soup side and a beyond burger with chip (wish we would have gotten 2 cups of soup!). The grilled cheese had 2 types of vegan cheese and was grilled to perfection. The soup was amazingly flavorful and perfect for the chilly autumn day. The bun for the burger was toasted or grilled making it crispy on the inside, but the soft ciabatta outside made it easy to eat. Such a delectable combination of flavors & textures. Well done! Anyone in the Puget Sound Area looking for a great vegan restaurant should consider Wild Oat.

Unbelievably delicious baked goods! They have cupcakes, cookies, scones, and more! They do cinnamon rolls and the weekend and they are sooo good! They also offer breakfast and lunch meal options.

Ok but not worth the price - Edit
I would eat here more often if it were half the price but for the quality I don’t believe it’s worth it. Also the food is never consistent. Some days it’s good some days it’s hard or dry...

GREAT - Edit
We stopped here while visiting the PNW and for a small place they have a lot of great options! The french dip is very good, I recommend asking to add cheese, the au jus is amazing. Their baked goods are definitely a showstopper. Definitely recommend it if you're in the area! Kinda pricey, a plain beyond burger and chips shouldn't be 14$.

Fantastic - Edit
Everything is 100% vegan, and tastes amazing. Even my non-vegan friends were impressed. A bit more expensive than other places in town but it's definitely worth it.

Grateful for it, but not my favorite - Edit
I love that Bellingham has an all vegan spot, but I have been much happier with meals I’ve had at non-vegan restaurants than at Wild Oats. I love their baked goods though!

Best place in Bellingham!! - Edit
The fish fillet sandwich is to die for, the tartar sauce and the super soft bun make the sandwich so good! Be aware the kitchen doesn’t open until 11am, but they have delicious scones and other baked goods available before then! This is my favourite place to eat every time I’m in Bellingham 😍

Had a lovely time at this cafe. Lots of meal options. My date was not vegan but couldn’t tell the difference eating the Impossible burger and the way it was prepared at Wild Oat. The carrot ginger soup was delicious too. Will definitely come back for more !

Incredible food and staff! - Edit
I had an amazing lunch at The Wild Oat. I both got the “meetball sandwich” and it was to die for! Their homemade vegetable soup was so homey and delicious. The staff was so friendly and really excited to have us in. The story behind this place is wonderful too! It was started by a 60 year old vegan woman who has been vegan her whole life! These are all her recipes she is sharing. So exciting to have this place in bham!

I’ve been here many times since and still really enjoy it. I recommend their sweets highly! Their cake is amazing. Also, they have a different soup of the day each day- if you get a chance to try their potato soup, it’s a must! It was fantastic. Lots of awesome options. Their Italian sodas are fab too! Try a rose or lavender one.
Pros: All vegan, Wonderful staff, Fair prices

Vegan Cafe - Edit
I've been here twice and enjoyed the entrees. I had a vegan French Dip on one visit and a vegan BLT on the next. Adding vegan ice cream to the dessert menu could be popular. Also, a self-serve ice water option would be a great addition.

Good place for sandwiches - Edit
While it does not have the most elaborate/ fancy menu, this cute cafe serves good vegan burgers and sandwiches. We really liked the eggless salad and their amazing dessert case was the great highlight of our trip. Someone said service wasn't great? It's a walk up counter where you order. We found service to be fine and friendly. If you need something, you go to the counter, it's not a full service restaurant. It's the only fully vegan place we could find in Bellingham. We enjoyed it! The etched metal art of animals is really cool too. Only complaint was it took awhile to get our food, but that wasn't a huge deal.

Falls short - Edit
I love that a place like this exists in Bellingham but the food is subpar. The hours are weird & constantly change. The menu is different for weekdays & weekends which is annoying. I wish they had more gluten free options.

Basic - Edit
I appreciate them being the only full vegan cafe, but it's honestly basic. We basically make their entire menu at home. It's not worth paying for if I can make it in 5 mins.

Amazing All-Vegan Food - Edit
I absolutely love this place. It is the first all vegan bakery-Cafe in Bellingham, WA and they have so nailed it with the best vegan comfort food I have had anywhere. Have been slowly going through the menu and new fall/winter menu items and it just keeps getting better and better!
