Went here twice in one week as I loved the amazing food - I had a vegan pizza and a vegan salad (the marvel) and both were really delicious. Friendly staff and quite flexible on adjustments. Would highly recommend to anyone. You might want to book a table...

They use a delicious vegan cheese and have a huge variety of options for pizza toppings! I had my first vegan pizza here😄highly recommend!! Also a lovely warm, cosy and atmospheric place.

Delicious vegan salad and pizza - Edit
Don't be discouraged by "the bull" hotel you have to pass through.In the back you'll find a barn that's converted into a vegan friendly branch of the stable restaurant chain.

The service was not great. As it was Tuesday pizza offer evening they were fully booked and didn't take any additional reservations but they told us we could come by and try our luck. So we did, but once there staff was running around but not helping us. Also my question for additional tap water was not responded.
However once we managed to grab a menu and order the pizza deal (only 10£ for pizza, salad and drink) and a salad at the counter. The marvel salad was surprisingly refined and delicious. The vegan hazulnut pizza was also very tasty and had interesting flavor combinations. Note that the salad that comes with the Tuesday deal is small and simple.
Overall this is a good option in Bridport for a vegan dinner.

Brilliant vegan options from a chain restaurant. - Edit
The Stable has a whole vegan menu and their pizzas have a vegan cheese which is delicious. There was even a vegan brownie for pudding. The benches are a bit hard but I love the decor and atmosphere anyway.

Vegan pizzas - Edit
Situated in converted stables at rear of hotel. Communal tables with benches which you have to pull out. Benches are hard and have no back support, so okay for a short while but not for a longer stay and probably not ideal for elderly people. Vegan starters and pizzas with Bute Island cheese (printed on reverse of menu). I had pizza with hazelnut topping – unusual but nice. No obvious vegan desserts.
