Lovely spot - Edit
Visited for family Sunday breakfast. The menu is fantastic and we struggled to choose, ending up with 3 full brekkies, pancakes and French toast. Some vit d shots woke us up and the coffee was lovely. High point was the lovely pots of tea which stayed piping hot and were such good value. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our food, beautifully cooked and the portion size was spot on. A lovely relaxed vibe and kind service, we will definitely return next time we are in Edinburgh.

Exciting and new! - Edit
A must-try experience for your trip to Edinburgh. Here and Black Rabbit are the two most innovative vegan restaurants in all of Edinburgh! Loved the take on Czech classics and the venue was warm, beautiful and exactly what we needed on a rainy Edinburgh day. The highlight was definitely the potato pancakes, I can’t remember what they were called but they were absolutely amazing. Big shoutouts to the French toast, the quesadilla and the veggie breakfast.

Good food and service - Edit
What a fantastic place. Today was my first visit but it definitely won't be the last. I had a breakfast burger and my companion had a croissant with haggis, bacon and cheese. We both enjoyed the food which was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful and just for a bonus they sell Fritz-kola which is one of my favourite colas and not easy to find.

Perfect brunch spot - Edit
I ordered soup (pea and spinach), my husband had a hot croissant sandwich. Both were delicious. Our waitress was excellent, despite the fact that they were short staffed.

Best vegan brunch in Edi ✨️ - Edit
Have tried numerous dishes here and every single one has been delicious. VERY high quality food, and at reasonable prices too. The owners and staff are so lovely and are committed to veganism and protecting animals. I rarely eat out nowadays but if I do, Sly Fox is first choice – it feels great to have nourishing, tasty food and know that no animals have been harmed for it 💕

Hidden gem! - Edit
I had vegan Ukrainian food here once and it was to die for. We also bought a couple plants (the plants on the tables are for sale) and they're still going strong a year later. Seeing this on happy for has reminded me I need to return. Wish it was more popular!!

Lovely space, with an interesting menu. I had the mushroom bruschetta which was delicious, perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented. B had spicy cabbage balls which he said, were lovely and something he’d never had before.

Lovely fully vegan cafe with great, welcoming staff! Food is always on point when sitting in (not so great delivered which is often the case with a lot of places.) Diverse range of dishes, I recommend this place to everybody as the staff are so friendly and food so good 😀

Best vegan food in Scotland. If you don’t order the Mac and Cheese (with bacon!) you’re doing it wrong. Staff all very friendly too. Nice vibe, some plants for sale.

So good went twice! - Edit
I loved everything, from the decoration, to the staff service and of course the food was incredible. The taste of the bacn, the scrambled tofu and the "meat" was very real. My non-vegan parents loved it! We would have gone again if they weren't closed for the holidays. I will definitely go back when I go back to Edinburgh. #Veganuary
