Jack fruit tacos!! - Edit
I was recommended this place by a friend and was not disappointed. The menu is huge and most things are vegan. I ordered the jackfruit tacos, a soy latte and a dragon fruit & strawberry smoothie. The tacos were AMAZING and the coffee was the best I'd had in a long time. Want to go back to try the rest of the menu!!!

My husband and I have lived in Canggu for more than 18 months now and the Shady Shack Nori Bowl is still my favourite meal ever. I remember lunch and dinner over brekky!

Lovely service and good location. Food comes always really fast and I’ve never been disappointed. My absolute favorites are vegan boss burrito and vegetable lentil soup! Good quality everything’s always fresh. Free water and no hidden prices. Highly recommend!

The staff were friendly and very efficient.
My only negative is that the serving sizes are very small, especially for the prices they charge.

We had spring rolls for starter (except from the dumplings, they aren't vegan) and the vegan cheese burger for main. The spring rolls was okay, but only 3 pieces for two persons. The rest was salad so I wasn't impressed. The burger was probably the worst vegan burger I've ever had. Everything was soft (imo a burger has to be both soft and crispy) and tasteless. It was very dry, too little aioli (I couldn't even taste it). The patty seemed like it was never fried, it was just blended mushrooms and walnuts. And the cheese didn't taste of anything.

a very busy spot, outdoor seating, generous portions. completely vegetarian with vegan/gluten free labeling on the menu. baked goods and some zero waste/eco products inside. take away menu as well. arrive hungry!

I gotta say I found the food quite bland and the veggies weren’t very fresh. We came here early for breakfast (8ish) so was a bit of a let down. The tofu scramble wasn’t evenly cooked and seasoned.

Cute restaurant with friendly staff and a varied menu with options for healthy and junk food vegans. We tried the vegan cheesecake (good), the gyro jack burger (bland), the nachos (amazing!) and mac and cheese (pasta was good but spinach was bland). I’d go back but would think carefully about my order as it seemed to be a bit hit and miss with dishes

I came here at around 2pm for lunch after having read about it on here. It was heaving to my surprise, luckily I got a table straight away as I was on my own but if you're in a group expect to wait a little bit for a table. I ordered the Tempe bowl which was delicious, would definitely return.

If you don‘t know where to go - go there! The menu is huge and everything is so tasty. I‘d recommend the crispy mushrooms as a side snack and for dessert the chocolate caramel almond cake as well as the raw vegan choc mousse.

It was busy, but said it all about how good this place is.
I ordered a side salad to accompany my cauliflower Nasi Goreng but didn’t need it. We were very full. Great value for money.
Will definitely return during our stay....must get to the jack fruit tacos next.

We had lunch here and shared the dips platter. I had the nori bowl, which was delicious. My boyfriend got the jack gyro burger, which was good but nothing exceptional. The potatoes with it were delicious though. Would come back to try more of the menu!

Got a protein bowl which was pretty good. Nice vibe. This place does get pretty busy but that is a good sign for here. The desserts I saw were all raw, if you are into that.
