Everything was amazing. Can't wait to go back and order more different items from their large and amazing menu. Plus - Chef Sam is one of the nicest people you ever want to meet, and he professionally trained at Johnson and Wales. You MUST try this food!
Pros: Super vegan comfort food, Very friendly staff, Professionally trained staff
Cons: A little pricey, but so worth it

Comfort vegan food - Edit
Everything we tried here was amazing! The shrimp Po’ Boy is phenomenal—how do they do it? And the smoke in the woods BBQ platter was delicious! We Laos loved the Buffalo wings! It’s just so nice to know that everything on the menu is vegan, and it all tastes terrific. And much of it is unexpected and not your usual vegan fare. We had chocolate cake and pumpkin muffin for dessert. The fresh juices are also very fresh and so refreshing! The chef and staff were so friendly and had great suggestions for us. Can’t wait to go back to try more on this tremendous menu!! 🥕

Good for non vegans - Edit
Excellent restaurant to introduce non vegans to vegan food. They will feel that they have not had to sacrifice anything. It seems they use a lot of oil and frying I'm the preparation.

One of the best vegan restaurants - Edit
One of the best restaurants I've ever been to. And I've been to a lot of vegan restaurants. We got the meatballs as an appetizer. They were so flavorful and tasted amazing. Then we split both the daredevil buffalo sub and the daring chicken wrap. Both were very good. The daring wrap was a light, but still filling wrap. It was my first time trying daring chicken and it was really good, reminded me of jackfruit flavor. The daredevil buffalo sub was out of this world. The perfect mix of savory chicken, spicy buffalo, and fresh bread. The mango guava juice was really fresh and sweet and the chocolate chip cookies were really good, crumble into your mouth. I loved it. We will definitely be back soon.

Hidden Gem - Edit
Needed dinner slightly later than most vegan restaurants are open, and was happy to find this place. The chicken Parm was outstanding (top 3 I’ve ever had) especially if you get the Truffle fries with it. (Hard to find a good vegan sub-roll) The restaurant was clean, and you can tell the owners/staff took pride in the food and their work. Very warm and friendly, and I would definitely come back to try something else (if I didn’t get the chicken Parm again)

Cons: Slightly far (for me)

Food was good, but we won't be back. - Edit
If you like spicy comfort food, then you need to try this place. We drove one hour and fifteen minutes each way - solely to come here - after seeing food pics on social media. My husband loves all things spicy and we were very excited to try some of their dishes.
The reason we won't be back is that 1) I found a hair (that was definitely not mine or my husband's) next to my sandwich- but inside the clamshell food container that was brought sealed from the kitchen to our table, and 2) how they handled it when we told them.
TBH I almost didnt say anything because I did not want to be labeled a Karen. We waited until after we paid - so no one would think I was trying to get my dinner for free. Then discreetly told the cashier. She raised her eyebrows and shook her head and said 'where was it' - "which one?" I told her but I really felt like she didnt believe me. In the end I was apologizing to her for saying anything in the first place. Finally she said thanks for telling me. There was no apology. No acknowledgment. I honestly felt she thought I made the whole thing up.
The cashier was bringing the food to the tables and she wore a head scarf. There were three persons working in the kitchen. The Chef wore a headband that kept hair off his face but did not cover his head. The other two kitchen staff: a young man and young woman did not have any head covering.
Also was odd, there were no displayed prices at all in store or any prices printed on the paper menu we were given. Our check total of $81 came as a surprise, since that is higher than we expected- yes I know we could have asked the prices for each item. So that's on us- but seems odd to not have prices on the menu they handed us. Afterwards I looked at their website and prices are shown there.
I removed one star for lack of head coverings.
Pros: HUGE Menu - you will want to try it all, Has hard to find items like pork belly and shrimp
Cons: No prices on in-store menu. Must check website. , Kitchen staff did not wear hair covering.

My New Favorite VEGAN restaurant! - Edit
The “smoke in the woods” southern bbq platter was AMAZING! The spare ribs had good consistency and delicious sauce. The Mac and Cheese was too die for. I wasn’t expecting all of that flavor. The grilled corn was like something I’ve never taste before. I would give 100 stars if I could. You have a customer in me forever!❤️
Read morePros: The entire menu is vegan., The flavors are phenomenal., Ready quickly.
Cons: Wish I had order double servings.
