Great tasting vegan options! - Edit
The food tastes amazing and would warrant 5 stars. The reason I only give 4 is that I only saw a couple vegan options and they are not clearly marked; they also are victim of their own popularity (the place was packed on a Sunday at lunchtime) so there was some wait. A cool thing is that they host local artist works and even a workshop inside the restaurant, to see while you wait for a table! All in all definitely recommend, I’ll come back if I’m in the area!

Amazing vegan options - scrambled tofu was actually DELICIOUS, saucy, tasty - not at all the typical tofu scramble you get as a substitution. It really shined! I have vegan huevos rancheros and a matcha latte with oat milk - delicious!

Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. Loved the “Lauren’s special” with tofu for a savory and nutritious vegan breakfast. Nitro cold brew in draft. Several options for milk alternatives as well.

I've been craving pancakes and wow did they deliver. I thought they were going to just have blueberries on top but they were inside and it was a delightful surprise. They were so good I almost cried. The breakfast potatoes are also wonderful. A lot of entrees can sub tofu to make it vegan, so I also got Lauren's Special on the other day which was also really good, but a touch oily for my tastes. That said, I can't recommend this place enough. I would take a day trip out there again just for those pancakes. I'ma Homer Simpson about them for a while.

Vegan Broccoli Scramble with vegan pancake was a delicious breakfast with a teriyaki sauce and served with potatoes. Very filling and was enough to share. Non vegan husband really liked the Zucchini Waffle.

Tasty tofu scrambles, vegan pancakes, several vegan donuts & baked goods to choose from. Awesome focus on locally made goodies and produce! They also had a really fun menu of veg friendly coffee and tea drinks, including hemp and pistachio milks in addition to your usual soy, oat and almond.

Great place for vegans and meat-eaters! This place has added more vegan options in the last year and you won't regret going here! The broccoli scramble is incredible, the vegan pancakes are fluffy and perfect. A few other things can be made vegan as well.

I had Lauren’s special, which is one of the best vegan meals I’ve ever had. It had beans, lentils, tofu, greens, root veggies, homemade guacamole and a ranchero sauce.
