Maybe we came on a bad day? - Edit
Everything at The Land Of Kush seemed awesome when we first walked in. A woman in the kitchen quickly came up to us with a huge smile on her face and welcomed us in. It was our first time so she snuck away and came back with ribs for us to try. They were hot and tasty and her friendly demeanor left us wanting more. We ordered about $60 worth of food, some stuff was missing from the order because the not so friendly other woman behind the counter seemed pretty unhappy to be taking the order at all. The unhappy lady didn’t ring up all of our order. She also didn’t give us a number or ask for a name. So we sat for about 30 minutes before we went to the counter to check on things. The food had been sitting there for probably 25 of those minutes but unhappy lady didn’t tell us.
Read moreWe ordered so many things I couldn’t list them but the stand outs to us were the Mac and cheese, curry, and a salad wrap. I could eat the Mac and cheese every day.
The dry foods like chicken tenders and black eyed pea balls would have been a million times better with sauces but there wasn’t anything other than honey mustard and bbq to order. I was a bit sad about that. All food, in all restaurants need sauces.
For completely homemade food, it’s pretty great what they’ve done.

Good Vegan Soul Food - Edit
I’ve been going here for years. This was my first introduction to vegan soul food, and I was not disappointed. The Sunday brunch is fabulous. I also love the curry chicken, vegan ribs, chicken salad, and kale salad. Honestly, I really haven’t been disappointed whenever I ate there. I still wish I lived in walking distance, but I still try to visit when I’m in the area.

Man oh man was i blown away when i first tired them! like seriously everything is so delicious! i always get the ribs and mac & cheese because those ribs and mac are to die for!! i could and i would eat them everyday its that good!! cant wait to try the whole menu, can never do without the ribs and tenders tho🤤

Wonderful Vegan Comfort Food - Edit
This is the place to go when you’re in the mood for some comfort food. We ordered two special platters consisting of crab cakes, bbq ribs, and various sides. Everything was good, however the crab cakes were a bit salty. Also had a peanut butter chocolate cake which was also good. Would definitely return.

I ordered via door dash and I truly enjoyed the crab cakes (you get two) I don't know how they make it taste and have the consistency of a crab cake! I only gabe 4 stars because I expected the BBQ ribs to have BBQ sauce, but its more of an Asian sweet and sour sauce, something that should come with rice. The taste and consistency was good, just not what I expected.

Ordered delivery, it came incredible sustainably packaged with compostable box. Mac and cheese as a side and potato salad with Korean bbq. Korean bbq flavor spot on, very rich with great taste. Mac and cheese tasted more nutty than cheesy but still good as a side. Also very rich! Potato salad tasted just like non vegan versions I've had in the past.

I really can’t even put into words how great this place is. I’ve the kush bbq wings and crab cakes as entrees before and WOW. The crab cakes are the best in Baltimore for a reason and the wings just, wow is all I can say again. I’ve tried a couple of the sides like the rice and mac & cheese and don’t really care for them, but that won’t stop me. so reasonably priced and decent space inside. Next on my list is the Sunday brunch (hoping it’s as good as it sounds). don’t skip out on this place!!

The Kush BBQ ribs are so flavorful and seasoned. Mac and cheese are perfected. I came by 2 times in my 2 day trip to Baltimore. Got the crab cakes the second time and I’m really impressed by their imitation meat texture.

Great little spot. Food is excellent. People are very nice, and the music gives a good chill vibe. Seitan Scramble is a winner. Chickpea burger was also a hit with my daughter.

Met here with a group of colleagues. Wasn’t expecting an interior like this, was more fast food orientated than expected. The food was great, tried the mac and cheese, crab cakes and ribs. All my colleagues - all of whom are not vegan - all thought the food was great. I also had the ginger soft drink, which was outstanding. The guys working here were nice.

Second time eating here and still not disappoint. There Sunday brunch was very good. Pancakes were a little underdone but the scramble and sausage were very good. They offer full menu as well which makes it hard to choose what to get. Love this place my new Sunday spot!!?

Food was excellent and staff was friendly, even though they were clearly slammed with business ALL day! You get to choose a main and two sides, or they have sandwiches. They sell a lot of local desserts but most were sold out when I went, so if you have your heart set on a doughnut don’t go on weekend nights.
