Oh Em Geeeee SO GOOD

Do yourself a favor and eat the amazing food by these folks. They create delicious everything. I have not had anything that was not mouthwatering. The menu does change here and there and they have specials often.

Best vegan in the Springs

The food is amazing!! It’s the best vegan available in the Springs! The portions are huge - you will never go away hungry. The menu is always bold, creative and very yummy. Try the Brussels Sprouts and Arepas, they are delicious.

Awesome food with huge portions

I got the brisket fries which were insanely good. So large and filling. The side of Mac and cheese was so good. My burger wasn’t the best, but it was yummy enough.

Pros: Delicious, Giant portion, Priced well

Top notch vegan comfort food

My omni husband had TWO cheeseburgers qnd said it was off the hook. The fries were out of this world. I absolutely loved the cheeseburger fries. We even got some pb ricotta cookies to take with. Everything was so fresh and fantastic and would recommend to anyone. Also...we ate at a bar called the red swing and they were also awesome.

Best vegan food I've had in the springs so far

I tried their brisket, loaded fries and chick'n bacon ranch. The chick'n is good but gets soft very quickly. Their brisket is just,, amazing. As someone who grew up a meat eater in the south, this was damned good, especially with the peach bbq sauce. The loaded fries are overwhelming!! But in a good way. Glad I was sharing bc it would have been so much, the mac and cheese on top is creamy and cheesy and the texture is amazing. Everything came together so perfectly you have got to check them out!

Pros: All vegan, Tastes amazing, Constantly changing menu

Cons: A little pricey, but you see why when you try it, They sell out of stuff before close a lot!

Out of this world

Best vegan meal I’ve ever had was here, and I’ve been vegan since 2010. Unless you’re flat broke, go there at least once to see their epic entrees and sides. Their staff is very enthusiastic about the business and eager to sell their vegan dishes.

Pros: Huge portions, Unique vegan items , All the ingredients were fresh and well balanced

Delicious!

Had the K-Pop Sandwich made with jackfruit. It was the best prepared jackfruit I’ve ever had! The fries were crispy and nicely seasoned, and the vegan ranch was yummy.

Edit: had to go back and get the Roy Choi Burger and the K-Pop Fries. The burger was delicious and the jicama bacon was so flavorful! The fries were amazing and had perfectly seasoned mushrooms on top. I can’t get enough of this place!

Real food made with TLC

The Joint is the best! Aaron is an incredible chef that puts his heart and soul into his food. We are so lucky to have this food truck in COS!

Pros: Gluten free options, Diverse menu

Cons: Not always close to my house ;)

So happy there's a new vegan option in the Springs!

SO ordered the burger and Sgt Pepper cauliflower wings, I got the K-Pop fries (oyster mushroom "bulgogi", cheese sauce, hot sauce, and ginger basil slaw). All of the food was phenomenal and reasonably priced for the portions. The fries were crisp and flavorful, the burger was juicy (I didn't try the wings since I can't handle the spice that he can 😂) The wings were enormous! We ended up only eating about half of everything and taking it home for lunch the next day. We will definitely be back to try more wings!

Cons: No seating (have to eat in the car or take to go)
