I’m so thankful for this little van. Whenever I’m in Bristol and it’s a nice day, I check the Instagram stories of The Happy Cow Ice Cream Van and find out if they’re around Bristol and where they’re situated. They have whippy ice cream with lots of sauces and different toppings. Currently £4.50 for a cone.

The Happy Cow ice cream van is in such a convenient location that we stumbled upon it naturally.

Tried the ice cream at the LHG Vegan Fesitval. Would say that the ice cream was even better than I remembered the diary one. Wide range of toppings and sauces, the biscoff biscoff biscuit on the side too was perfect.

I tried their ice cream at the Bristol Vegan Fayre and it was so good! For £4.50 I got a large ice cream in a cone (you can also get it in a tub) with one sauce and one topping included. They had a large selection of sauces and toppings and I went for Biscoff sauce with salted caramel topping. Both the sauce and the topping were delicious and plentiful. It also came with a Biscoff biscuit! I was also very impressed with the flavour and texture of the ice cream itself and it was a generous portion. All around I really enjoyed it and would definitely have it again!

I was so excited to find a vegan soft serve ice cream truck. The first ice cream I bought had chocolate sauce, mint chips and an Oreo. The second ice cream I had was with coffee sauce, praline and a biscoff. I had both of them in cones and it was a delicious treat on lovely afternoons.
