Great decadent brunch - Edit
Good for fun with omni friends and family. A few nice vegan options. Typical brunch food. I like the tofu scrambles better than the pancakes.

Fun and quirky - Edit
Had the vegan burrito. It’s as expected for a quirky cafe. I would definitely do it again, but not often. I’m not a big greasy eating person.

Decent Options - Edit
I loved that I was easily able to come here with my omni family and everyone was able to find something to enjoy. There weren’t a ton of options on the menu, and actually their menu is lacking a vegan notation. Maybe there were more choices and I just missed it, but I didn’t want to have to spend a ton of time translating the menu and just grabbed something a previous reviewer snagged.
Read moreI went with the vegan burrito. It was okay, but not something I’d choose again. That may be because I’m from San Diego were the burritos are a food group, not sure. I didn’t love that it was soggy, like they didn’t press the tofu or something. Potatoes were great, and nice and crunchy.

Better than expected - Edit
I got the bahn mi for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was for having ingredients missing. Chimichurri was a goood addition. Hubs liked his plate sized pancake as well. Add yourself to the yelp waitlist because this place had an hour wait at 9:30 on a Monday morning.

Vegan Pancakes! - Edit
Decided to come here because they offered vegan pancakes. I also ordered a side of their breakfast potatoes which were delicious. Overall, I really enjoyed the breakfast and would love to try that breakfast burrito I have seen most other reviewers have. While they don't have a large selection of Vegan options, the fact that they do actually have vegan pancakes makes this place a rarity in my book. I can find plenty of options around here with like an Impossible sausage sandwich but not vegan sweeter options so it was worth it just for that.

Worth the wait - Edit
Had to wait for a table- understandable. We ordered the vegan breakfast burrito- so yummy and the blueberry pancake- was ok. Maybe I was too full from the burrito, but the pancake is a bit dry.

Not many Vegan options but a good choice to get together with non-Vegans. - Edit
The atmosphere is fun a cozy with lots of stuff on the walls. I was looking forward to the GF Vegan pancakes and was very disappointed, they had cardboard texture and taste. There were about 4 other vegan options.

So friendly! - Edit
Get in line before you get there for sure! I added myself to the waitlist on Yelp before I got there, and they actually sat me immediately upon arrival even though there were like 10 other people waiting (was alone and sat at the bar so easier for me I suppose anyway)

They have more things that you can make vegan, but I just wanted to be easy and got the burrito that’s on the menu. It was satisfying and the potatoes that were on the side—BOMB! Highly recommend.

Great options, funky vibe! - Edit
We got there at 1245pm on a Monday and waited an hour for three of us. There were so many great vegan options. We had our 8 year old who ate the majority of an adult pancake (huge). Food was great, vibe was cool. It’s a smallish place so get your name on the list for a table early (I think you can call in advance).

Decent breakfast burrito - Edit
There are so few savory vegan breakfast options in this area so I was glad to find a burrito. The flavor is pretty good and it's even better if you put the breakfast potatoes inside. Overall, this is a good breakfast option if you're in the area, but not something I'd go out of my way for.

Great food good vibes! - Edit
This is not a vegan exclusive place. But there is a vegan option or suggestion for substitute in every section of their menu. The 50s sock hop themed rooms and the downstairs boom boom room are so cute and fun! Breakfast burrito with hash browns were amazing! They use beyond sausage but it's SO good in these! They have vegan cheese. And a choice for vegan pancakes. We went for breakfast but they have non-brekky choices as well! Plus their cocktail menu is awesome just beware for honey infused syrups especially in the mimosas! Cheers!

Boring Mac and cheese - Edit
I had the Mac and cheese. It was quite disappointing, as they didn't use vegan cheese. The tomatoes and arugula on top was flimsy, not tasty at all. Other items on the menu might have been better but do not order the Mac and cheese!!

Lovely vegan breakfast burrito 🌯 - Edit
The homemade potatoes were delicious and the burrito as well. The atmosphere was nice. I was a bit disappointed as there was no coffee (they don’t do espresso). They have non dairy milk but the waiter said they couldn’t make me a cappuccino or a coffee with it, I did not have a clue what was going on. It was all very confusing. The food was very good though.

this place was very hyped up and it wasn’t amazing, but it was still pretty good! I was disappointed in the vegan mac and cheese as it didn’t really have a “cheese” sauce. the potato nachos were, however, very good and had a good cheese sauce! I would definitely come back to try more of the options.

used to be a regular here but they seem to have a lot of turnover with the kitchen staff. meals are great or mediocre and there’s no knowing which. there used to be more vegan options but they still have some, including pancakes and tofu scramble. i’d recommend both!

Breakfast Burrito in my belly!! - Edit
As others have said, funky place (Back Bay location) and lots of yummy options. My sister and I skipped the line and sat at the bar. Service was great. The vegan breakfast burrito was so big it would have fed both of us, but it was so good I ate it all! Kept me full for a day of walking about the city. Wish there was a Friendly Toast in Toronto! I will miss it when I go home.
