Delicious vegan food - Edit
This was my very first time in a truly vegan restaurant, and what an experience. The menu is not huge but plenty of interesting stuff. I ordered cashew cheese, mushroom meatball (of course without meat), and vegan cheesecake. It was one of the best dinner ever. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was very nice. The place is not big (as usual) so maybe it is better to book.

Nice food and vibes - Edit
There are not that many options and there is little coherence between the dishes (e.g. Shakshuka and sushi balls), but the food itself was delicious and the desserts were incredible. We were seated on the stairs which gave it a really relaxed and chill vibe, bit this might not be suited to everyone. There are some places inside, but not many so make sure to make a reservation if you would like to sit inside.

Cool place but disappointing taste and texture - Edit
We liked the place as such but we were disappointed in the food- both the taste, textures and portion size. The main dish was better than the starters.

Unique Lisboa experience - Edit
Doesn’t serve Tapas!

Lots of wine and good beer.
Check out the „secret“ menu for ~45 Euro where you will be served with a taste example of everything

Wonderful vibe for a summer night - Edit
Cute tiered seating in a tucked away terrace. We got the vegan cheeseboard, shakshuka and okra cousotto, which were all great (the cousotto was a bit eclectic but we still enjoyed it!)

Go for the experience - Edit
Totally unique experience and absolutely loved sitting outside on the stairs on a warm night. I would probably go back for a drink and a snack, rather than a proper dinner as the food wasn't the best.

Unique ambience (outside seats) on steps in a residential square.

Some food was good, some a bit bland and wintery (eg parsnip puree and boiled beetroot on a midsummer day doesn't work for me)

Romantic Atmosphere, delicious food, friendly service - Edit
We had a great time here. Sitting on the stairs in the middle of Lisbon with a little table and fairy lights above us was very romantic. The service team was very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent. I would definitely recommend ordering the vegan cheese board. It was the best vegan cheese I have ever tried.

Lovely food but… - Edit
The most important thing to note is that this place is “ tucked in a residential square.” What isn’t mentioned is that there’s a good chance you will be hit by a football kicked by young lads who have no idea what posing a ball in the face of a paying customer does for overall satisfaction. We will NOT be returning.

An experience - Edit
I loved this! Sitting outside on the stairs watching the sky darken and the stars come out, all while eating scrumptious plate after plate. You can't fault it.

Such a cool dining experience sitting on the stairs outside! - Edit
This is such an adorable restaurant and fun idea where the stairs outside the restaurant is the dining area. It makes for a romantic experience if you are with your partner or unique experience with friends. The food is good .. not the best in Lisbon, but it's quite tasty and the experience makes it even better. Make a reservation if you want to get an outdoor space!

Just all right - Edit
I was super excited to try this place, but it just ended up being okay. We couldn't sit outside because there was a risk for rain. The indoor seating is really tight. I barely had room to put my coat on my chair. For our starter we got the pear and cheese appetizer. It was very sweet. I think it would have been good with some bread. It didn't quite work on its own. For dinner I got the pumpkin soup and tempeh salad, and my partner got the polenta ragu. Both the soup and the salad ended up being really sweet as well. I think they could balance out their menu more by adding more savory items.

Excellent! - Edit
Didn’t sit on the stairs as it’s December and we’re a little old! Food was truly delicious, staff explained what each dish was which was helpful. We had both of the mains and 2 of the starters plus bread and a raw cake dessert to share - everything was just lovely. Highly recommend

Tapas in Outdoor Staircase - Edit
I went here with two friends in the evening. After reading the reviews on HappyCow my expectations were high and I was looking forward to sitting in the outdoor staircase.
Read moreWe had reserved a table but on arrival we, to my dismay, got seated indoors. I had not specified that we wanted a table outdoors. How stupid of me! We asked if we could be seated outdoors but could not because it was full. However, after we had been inside for a while the waiter told us we could sit outside. Yay! The inside was quite cozy but we had come for the outdoor staircase.
Since it's a tapas restaurant we ordered several different dishes to share. Some were great and some were less great. Because of the raving reviews on HappyCow I had higher expectations to be honest. Nevertheless, all-in-all I really enjoyed the experience and sitting outdoors.
I'm happy I went there and might go back again.

It’s a special place - Edit
It was a little difficult to find, but totally worth it getting lost few times. One of the most unique places I dined. Loved the outdoor staircase dining.

First of all: the atmosphere is stunning. You’ll be seated on the stairs, surrounded by plants and nice lighting. The neighbour’s dog is watching you out of the open window.

We had some starters, a ragù and teriyaki tofu. Finished with a chocolate cake. It was incredible tasty and extravagant. Never tried tofu like that before ans probably never will.
It’s a bit pricy. You have to pay extra 2€ for bread.

Top 5 of all time - Edit
That’s a big statement for me as I’m a foodie, so why top 5. Start with the location, the restaurant is tucked away behind a bustling street, the actual restaurant is compact but the dining experience offered on the steps (yes steps) outside is something to behold. My wife and I embraced every moment that we were there. You eat from cute tables, propped up by even cuter cushions, the etiquette is very much don’t take up more space than you need. Food was divine, lots of choice, the staff couldn’t do anymore for you, they were all lovely super friendly. It’s not reasonably priced it’s an absolute bargain!!
